We're very pleased with this phone set. Call quality is very clear, and volume is fine. Loading phone numbers from a SIM card is very easy, and copying to other phones just as easy, saves hours.

The phones were supplied as a base set with 2 handsets, plus 2 individual handsets, but registering the two individual handsets to the base station was simplicity itself, and only took a few seconds.

We've even managed to get 2 old NTL handsets registered to the base station, so we've got 6 handsets in all.

We haven't tried the Text features yet, but didn't buy them for that feature.

The answerphone is fine, with a time and date announcement for each message, controls on the base unit, and a counter showing the number of messages.

The only 2 things we can find that the phones don't do is

when searching for a name in the directory, you can only put in the 1st letter of the name you're looking for rather than than 2 or 3 letters and go straight to the entry. Still that's better than some, where you have to scroll through the entire directory list to find the entry you want,

and, if you want to make an internal call / transfer a call, the list of handsets only displays handset 1... etc.., not the names you've given to each handset.
Also, the ringtones aren't great, but this is all getting to a pretty finicky level of criticism.

The base set also came with an ear-piece / microphone, so you can use it in handsfree mode.

Overall, I think the phones are excellent, and probably worth the price premium over cheaper quad sets.

Having read numerous reviews online I decided to go with this phone because of the excellent reviews it had. It meets all my reqiurements, is loud, clear and easy to set up. It is chunky to hold but the display is clear and the buttons are large enough so that you do not press any by mistake. There is not a lot of choice on the ring tones but it rings clearly!The delivery and follow up from ligo was excellent and I am very pleased.

I recently purchased this handsfree phone set from Ligo Electronics & am very happy with the prompt delivery. This phone lives up to my expectations from looking at other reviews - excellent voice clarity (which was my first priority after bad experiences with other phones!), very easy to use (just like a mobile phone) & very easy to set up. I especially like the simple way you can download your SIM card from your mobile phone into the main handset & then transfer the data to all the other handsets - very easy & quick to do. The answerphone can be set up to come on after up to 30 rings, which is really great as my last one started after only a few rings!!! My only negative feeling about this product is the ringtones!! Not too impressed especially as in this day & age there are some great ones, but I'm sure I'll get used to this!

Does everything it says on the tin, all in all an excellent product that works better for me than any of it's rivals. Highly recommend. Easy to use and set up, had fully working within 10 mins of opening the box and charging them up.

Excellent. Does everything you need in the small office environment. Handles 6 handsets, and handsets can log on to 4 bases. Transferring calls is easy - if you don't know which handset to ring you can ring all of them. Lots of memory space. Good sound quality. Only shortcoming - SMS doesn't have predictive text.

Sound quality good - much better than Synergy phones we already have.
Connection easy. Instructions straightforward. We had the dual pack + 2 additional phones, the additional phones took a few minutes to set up but the dual pack was very easy.

The main reason for purchasing this phone was the SIM card reader and the ability to copy the directory to the other handsets. This was very easy to do and has saved hours of boring work entering numbers into each handset. I am very satisfied with this phone.

This works very well and does everything it says on the tin. The 2nd handset upstairs is ideal. Being picky one small complaint is that the screens on handsets are not 100% clear to see, otherwise excellent.
