I purchased this phone system recently for my mother who needed a big button phone due to arthritis. She also needed to have a phone in several rooms in her bungalow to save having to carry one around all the time. She is extremely pleased with the purchase & it has already been very useful as the original phone point was not in the lounge. She now has much better access & feels safer.

Good points Easy to install. Easy to use. Excellent for hard of hearing as It has the loop system and the sound quality is good. I can hear properly for the first time for ages. Only just bought it so battery experience is nil.

Bad points Date in window is not as clear as it might be when light is not on. A better design for date and phone no. would help.

Other thoughts

Would certainly use Ligo again. It was easy to order and delivery was next day. Pat
