Being older we needed a phone that was user friendly with an easy to see keypad. Clarity of sound was a must, as well as the handset being comfotable to hold. The menu is easy to get into and although we haven't used all the extra features yet, such as texting they are there if we or the younger members of the family require them. The answer phone is also easy to use and again clarity of sound is great we are very happy with this phone/answerphone.
