Having read numerous reviews online I decided to go with this phone because of the excellent reviews it had. It meets all my reqiurements, is loud, clear and easy to set up. It is chunky to hold but the display is clear and the buttons are large enough so that you do not press any by mistake. There is not a lot of choice on the ring tones but it rings clearly!The delivery and follow up from ligo was excellent and I am very pleased.

These phones were purchased to replace some ageing Philips Onis DECT ones. While the feature list of the Diverse 6250 is better, and they are attractive, there are one or two minor quibbles - volume of handset and ringers is low even at max (and my hearing is good). The 4 way switch is a bit fiddly to use for the big-fingered. Also the handsets sometimes fail to slip into the base unit correctly. This means that when answering a call one has to press the green accept button, rather than just picking up - it can cause trouble not knowing whether to push or not. Finally, it would be nice to have a one-touch play your messages, rather than having to use the menu to get to them, although the alert that there is a message on each handset is very good. Nice phones, could be even better with a bit more usability

This works very well and does everything it says on the tin. The 2nd handset upstairs is ideal. Being picky one small complaint is that the screens on handsets are not 100% clear to see, otherwise excellent.
