Ideal for small business with one line

I like this set of phones because the base station handset is permanently attached to the base and cannot be lost or mislaid. If you want to walk about with the phone, then the call can be transferred to one of the other handsets. I also like the fact that you can add more handsets if you want to by purchasing them separately. The construction is nice and solid and the screens are easy to read. An excellent product.

Very pleased with product. Good combination of one corded and two cordless phones.

I bought this because I wanted a corded telephone as well as cordless handsets. For one thing it's easier with the number buttons on the base station to go through all those endless 'Press 1' for this 'Press 2 for that' systems which companies have these days. In addition the base station phone works even if there is a power cut which could be handy in an emergency. Otherwise, it was very easy to set up. I loaded numbers from my mobile SIM without hassle (it doesn't work with new 3G phones) and there is a facility to copy numbers to the the cordless handsets. I get very clear reception throughout my house, even though the base station is on the ground floor (it suggest putting it at the highest point works best). It doesn't interfere with a wireless music distribution system I have although I don't have a wifi network for my PC so I can't comment on this. I would have awarded it five stars but for the fact that it only can hold 100 numbers which is a bit weedy these days and also, when you enter new numbers you have to remember to copy them to the other handsets as it doesn't sync them automatically (still better than some systems though where you have to type the numbers in to each handset individually). Overall, pretty good.

Phone is great, very impressive and much improved over the BT Synergy 3505 handsets I had before.

This product has a quality feel to it and is very well made.
The keys are chunky and easy to use, and the menu driven set-up is very straight-forward.
With caller display option selected (currently free from BT) you get clear advance warning of who's calling.
Not cheap, but is built to last and the BT product support is excellent.
