Good points
Easy to setup, simple to transfer contacts between handsets, sound excellent. Easy to read screen even without glasses!

We are very pleased with our new phone- when someone makes off with the cordless handset, we are still able to answer calls with the basestation. A paging facility existing to find the cordless handset when it has disappeared- great. I liked the fact that all the stored numbers could be instantly transferred from basestation to cordless handset- that saved a lot of effort.

Good points
Easy to use and set up. Base phone still rings in a power cut.
Bad points a bit expensive Other thoughts I would and have bought this product again and again

Pleased with the phone, pity the answerphone doesn't work on NTL line though. Hope BT sorts this out before I take it back to the shop! Maybe you should put something with the literature to say it won't work with lines other tha BT

I am now on my third phone in one month! The answer machine works for a while and then develops a fault - it wont record! As I run a small business I thought this phone would be ideal, it has seriously let me down - lost customers! I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND it!

I found this piece of kit ideal for my small business. A good base unit for the office with two other handsets in other parts of the factory. The ability to transfer calls & put incoming on hold (with music) is very useful. I've now got the same system at home. The bedroom handset doubles up as an wake up alarm.

We're really pleased with this phone. As a techno-phobe I don't like changing mobiles and this home phone came with excellent, very straightforward instructions which, if you follow, mean a truly simple set-up. Excellent clarity on both corded and cordless handsets, and now I can send and receive texts as well as ansafone messages - great for my small home business. My one bug is that transferrring calls from base to cordless handset doesn't seem quite as simple as I expected (even tho' there is

Poor answering machine

I am currently on the second one of these, which I thought would be idea for our small business. The phones are fine but the answer machine is poor. I sent the first one back for not recording calls and now I find the second one which has worked for a month is now doing the same.

The Delivery was absolutely spot on, it arrived at 9 oclock the morning after I ordered it. I have installed it and it is at the moment working very well, if someone asked me to I would recommend it to them.
