BT Freestyle 2500 Trio review

Only had them a week, but so far very impressed. The range is good and I love the fact you can silence one hand set - very handy for stopping the kids from coming in your bedroom to answer the phone. Intercom handy for getting kids to bring up cups of tea in the morning too! You cannot argue with the freedom of three cordless phones plus answer phone for sixty quid.

these phones are so easy - plug in and they work. answer phone is simple to operate, ogm recording couldn't be simpler. no interferance with sky, which has happened to me in the past with 'walk-about' phones. good price as well.

The phones are excellent,and are easily set up.The down side however,is that the phones memory only allows numbers,so that a list of phone numbers together with memory position needs to be kept at hand.

Arrived quickly and all working.

The only disappointment seems to be the limited (10) ring options and most of these are poor (eg Frere Jacques) ie old and past their time. There are many more modern ring tones that should be available.

A good all round phone which is easy to use. This was very good value for money having purchased it at the offer price. The only negative comment is that one is unable to assign names to the stored numbers so one has to remember which number they are stored under. It also makes the caller display feature much less effective.

Good phone, easy to set up. However, I purchased this because it had handsfree - but the microphone pick up is very poor when speaking further than about 15cm away from the handset.

A great value set of phones, only one phone connection needed for answerphone/base. other base units can be placed around house anywhere there is a power socket. Always a phone nearby... a real leg saver! Good sound quality too.

I ordered this on a weekend and recieved the product on the Tuesday; sadly, the delivery was by courier and there was nobody to recieve the product and since the courier company did not deliver evenings or out of work hours I was forced to have the delivery sent to my work address, which made the delivery take longer and only recieved the product toward the end of the week.

The product on first glance was great, charged the phones the required time and worked perfectly well with no problems setting up or programming it. However, I am currently dealing with the customer services at LiGo owed to the fact that the answerphone is malfunctioning... I did fill out a form for faulty products on Tuesday (the following week) and have only recieved a notification of receipt from LiGo with regards to this (and it being Thursday already).

I wish I could be more positve about this but I\'m not given much service experience to go on from LiGo. As for the device; I\'m sure if it were working as it should be, I\'d be delighted.

It wouldn't surprise anyone that my eight year old had read the handbook, changed all the default settings and organised the message for the answering machine almost as soon as it had been plugged in, what might be surprising is that I was able to follow what she was doing!

This is a good product, competitively priced. It's easy to use and the instructions could not be more straightforward. If you're fed up running up and downstairs and yelling from room to room this is the answer.

The best thing about this phone is the fact that I can actually understand the instructions! They are easy for someone who has not got a degree in computerese yet the telephone system still does everything I want it to do!
