Bad points ring tone is terrible you can choose from 8 differet ring tones, but after one ring the tone then reverts to a beep beep sound. Binatone informed of this but deny knowing of this fault and ask for produt to be returned for repair but do not offer a replacement set therefore leaving you with a phone. They do however offer to send a pre-paid sticker to save you postage.

Other thoughts

After buying two of these, returned first because of the problem with the ring tone, only to find the second set the same. I would not buy anything made by Binatone and would pay more for a DECT phones. Check the box or instructions prios to purchase to see if their helpline or on line service is binatoneonline.com. then replace the product back on the shelf. Binatone products,in my opinion whilst cheap on price are also cheap on performance.
