First of all the service from ligo was fantastic, it was quick and I have no trouble in recommending them to anyone.
Also the phones are great, very easy to set up and use and a good bargin to boot!

Great phone and fantastic delivery speed. I ordered it in the afternoon and got it the following day. The phone does everything I'd expected it to. Only minor problem with the phone is that the buttons are a little bit small (but then it does look very cool).

In reponse to other reviews I just wanted to add that getting TAM messages is not as difficult as suggested. True - a play button on the base unit would be best, but you only have to press and hold zero on a handset for a couple of secs to achieve the same thing; you don't have to negotiate 7 menu options as suggested elsewhere. However, there are still a few other other niggles with the TAM. The maximum number of rings before the TAM cuts in is only 5; I would prefer it to be a bit longer. Also, unless you subscribe to Caller ID, the phone doesn't show when messages were left. (My last phone recorded the time and date of a message even without CID). Finally, I can't get the monitoring option to work (where you can hear people leaving a message through the speaker allowing you to intercept and take the call if required. I think this feature was working when I originally got the phone but it isn't any more so maybe I have a faulty unit?)

Secondly, it isn't true that the phone won't answer automatically when you lift it from the base-station. You just need to set the 'auto-answer' option to achieve that.

A nice looking and functional phone that would get full marks if it wasn't for the items listed above.

This product does everything that it says it does, which is exactly what I was looking for. It's very easy to use and the menu's are pretty self explanitory. The answering machine is clear and easy to understand, as is the manual. A good purchase!

Look good and do the job of a phone, no idea which genious decided not to have a button on the base station for answer machine messages. Apart from that the only other thing is it doesn't answer automatcally when you pick up a handset.

Nice looking phone, does what is says on the box. Very small buttons may cause problems for men or those with larger hands.

Good product and does everything I require, although retrieving left messages requires seven button presses on the handset, when a single button on the base station would suffice.
