All the features this phone has combined with the price make it a must have phone. I have had digital phones for years now and this is the best phone i have ever had, and would recommend it to anyone.

i have got the IDECT X3I AND AM VERY PLEASED WITH IT AND THE AFTER SALES HELP AS WELL

I have to step in here the phone is ok but the answer machine is rubbish, it distorts no matter what the volume, i know others with this phone and they all say the same, if the answer machine is some thing you need stay well clear. i have to get a new phone now.

i found this item very easy to use. it is just as simple as your mobile to find your way around the menu's

I've had this phone for 3 weeks and already one of the handset batteries has failed - and the phone was VERY hot. Not even an easily replaced battery either. Not really good enough

We have only had the telephones for a short time, but it does do most of the things that we expect and require.

One small area of disappointment, is concerned with the phonebook feature. Names and numbers have to entered into one phone at once. There is no facility for transferring numbers between the three telephones. A relatively minor irritation really.
