Which cordless phone

I decided to buy the Panasonic KXTCD 223 on the basis of which's extremely positive review in Feb 06. An important feature was that it had 3 handsets which we need for our home/small business and the fact that these had both shared and invidual address books. Installation of the phone was straightforward and the basis functions easy to master. There are certainly features we have yet to try, but we consider this a first-class piece of equipment with a nice ergonomic design. Once we decided on which phone, we selected Ligo on the basis of price and favourable reviews. We are also very pleased with the quality of service we received.

I wanted to replace my ageing piecemeal collection of analogue phones, and bought this set after lots of research and the really poisitive reviews on Ligo's website. Really easy to set-up, facility to copy numbers from one phone to another is a great time saver, and as a tinittus sufferer the ability to select a ringtone that doesn't clash with my ringing is great. On top of that the phones are compact and look great compared to other phones on the maket. Only gripe so far is the sound quality - usually good but it does sound echoey at times. But perhaps that can be solved with the tone adjustment feature that I've not tried out yet. As for Ligo, really impressed with their service and fast delivery. Would definately recommend to anyone.

Excellent phone system. Clarity on all phones really good even when at a distance from the base unit. Easy to set up and use. Wouldn't bother spending the extra money for colour screens on the phones.

Arrived in two days, very easy to set up and register additional handsets. Audible caller ID is an interesting innovation with the callers name audible between rings. Some will love it others will not. Very clear sound. The only irritation are the two phone books - shared and individual for each phone. Why they could not just have had one large shared book I do not know - maybe it is a useful feature for offices. All in all an excellent buy and good value for money.

Even a technophobe such as me found the instructions fairly easy to follow. This is a nice looking phone which does just what we need it to do. My only gripe is that it is difficult to see if another handset is in use. Not really worth a moan, though, because one does get an engaged signal on picking up the handset and it is impossible to inadvertantly listen into another conversation. Great phone and we are very pleased with it.

I bought this set after a lot of research in the market. I was changing over from a Binatone DECT set which had served me well for 3 years. The first choice I tried was the Philips 6272, which I bought for the features. Bad choice! I returned the product after numerous problems with the speaker phone. This handset does what is says on the tin and does it really well. Crystal clear sound from the speaker phone, great features and easy access. The phone book copying facility is really useful as well. All in all, a highly reccomended product.

I bought this on the recommendation of a Which report and it has lived up to all that was promised. It is neat, good looking and easy to use. The instructions are clear and simple to follow. In other words I would be happy to recommend it to anyone wishing to buy a phone.

Great phone set and features. Superb value for money. Crystal clear ring tones, although bit disappointed with the choice of tones available. Other than that can't fault it.

Having had Panasonic phones before its no surprise that the latest purchase is again in the excellent class. This is the first time I've used LiGo but the service is as impressive as the product. From ordering to delivery in less than 24 hrs.

That sums up my thoughts on the phone system. Nice and clear sound. Much better than my old stuff. The hands free mode is brilliant. I've used it a few times and the people I 've spoken to don't realise it IS on hands free. The audible caller ID is a bit of a gimick, although it does work. Scared the living daylights out me first time I got a call! It's switched off right now. The different ringtones are a dream. Currently, I've got Jingle Bells. Apt for his time of year. It's nice to be able to have a shared phone book. Copying numbers from handset to handset and handset to shared is a breeze, something that wasn't possible on my old BT phones. I can't say much about the other functions cos I haven't used them. All-in-all a great phone.

Really impressed with features clarity and build quality. Upgraded from BT synergy cordless which lasted about 3 yrs the panasonic phones i feel confident will last longer.Two day delivery and hassle free ordering online from ligo.

Yet another satisfied customer! The best phone system I've ever had. Lots of useful features, all of which work well - the only downside being the need to navigate menus where an extra button or two would have been better. Sound quality and volume are excellent. Very good service and value for money. They replaced a set of B T Synergy phones but are far easier to use. It takes a day or two to realise how versatile they are but I have no regrets. -- A good buy--
