This was a replacement for a BT Siemans system which has lasted over ten years but needed changing due to a couple of the phones finally failing. I had originally decided on another system but after a discussion with the sales person at LiGo went for this. We have 3 generations in our house, Mother and Father in Law, two adult children and ourselves. The caller ID is excellent as Mother in Law now knows who is calling on the mobile and actually picks up the phone. Also she can actually use this one and now uses the intercomm facility to call us, it says a lot for the system that she is finally prepared to give up her corded telephone. The clarity and the ability to enhance the higher frequncies is a boon to the elderly. Also being able to have two different ringtones for internal and external calls and different ringtones on each handset is an advantage to us. Simple to set up and easy to use with plenty of frills if you need them. I can't comment on the answer machine facility as we are unlikely to use it. The ability to record a call may be an advantage at some point in the future when getting an estimate from salesmen over the phone.

Since having Broadband the BT cordless had interference for the first Minute. No problem with the ASCOM system.
The Panasonic is working as expected and being small My wife can take it into the Garden which is in height above the house. A pity that a case isn't supplied to protect it when taken into the garden. I can now contact my wife from my office with out yelling up into the garden and upsetting the neighbours. We are keeping an ASCOM phone so we can both answer the phone instead of having to transfer the call.
The only problem so far is that the reception in my office is not very reliable although no more that 20 yards from the base. (Two stone walls ) . The problem is overcome by answering on the ASCOM phone. So far quite happy and the speedy delivery was appreciated.

These phones perform extremely well, and seem well-made. Setting up is easy, although somewhat protracted if you want to make use of all the numerous facilities. Comes with a 68-page instruction booklet (yes, all in English) but much of the operation is pretty intuitive. Only one significant niggle - accessing the answering system is not as simple as it should be: nine key-presses to turn it on, five to listen to new messages. But finding a phonebook entry isn't so long-winded as the instructions would have you believe. A few other very minor niggles, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy this model again. A big improvement on my previous phone (now dead). liGo delivery was fast and hassle-free.

clear sound lots of useful features easy to use menu ,the polyfonic ring tones are great all together a great phone and good value for money.Also 240 hr standbyand 15 minute answerpnone,I like the 200 number phonebook as well.

It probably took longer to get the phones out of their packaging than to actually set them up.

Very easy to configure menu structure & easy to follow instruction manual for a change. Would recommend to anyone - good value for money & packed with useful features (shared phone book between handsets etc..)

I was initially surprised to receive a KXTCD223 and two additional handsets and subsequently discovered that Panasonic don't make a 225 package. Thery do a 223 plus two additional handsets for the 225 and a 223 plus one for the 224. The system is working very well indeed and we are getting used to using all the facilities which are new to us such as conference calls and the extensive phone book and several others. Good service from Ligo.

I cannot review the Quint set as this was not what I received. Your company sent me a twin set and a trio set as the quint set was not available. I am really pleased with my purchase. The phones are excellent quality. Many thanks for the good service.
