The Best So Far

Having tried two well known leading brands of Dect phones so far this year, the KXTCD322 is, in my opinion, by far and away the best of them all, with many useful features, I particularly liked the very simple menu system and the choice of several coloured wallpaper screens, and the redial feature, which although standard on some phones, was nevertheless omitted from the other leading brands I had tried. All in all, although more expensive than some others, I feel they are well worth the extra, after all they are Panasonic, and I must admit to being a Panasonic fan, but these are excellant phones whatever name is on them.

I purchased this Panasonic after trying 2 previous DECT phones. Although a little more expensive than the others it has proved to worth it. The phone system is great. 200 number phone book beautifully clear audio and answer phone. It is a brilliant phone and I have now stopped my search. Well done panasonic.

I think this is an excellent buy as the colour screen makes visual details stand out. The information contained on the screen is just enough, any more would clutter the screen. Phone is just the right size and feels comfortable to hold, and is easy to use. I really think that this is a good buy.

Recently purchased a KXTCD 322 Trio. Its very easy to install and setting up is a doddle. The system is completely 'user friendly' with a good sized screen a easy to use menu. So far I am completely satisfied with the phone.

Very happy with phone. Loud and clear. Easy to use. Would highly recommend. We especially liked the jingle bells ring tune at Christmas time.

This phone does all it was said to do, easy to set up, good reception 35m done the garden and through thick cottage walls. Neat and tidy unit to handle. Selection of ring tones could be greater, but found a few we liked on this unit.

I am very pleased with my purchase- Panasonic KXTCD 322 Trio. The guide is simple to follow, have not used the full specification as have not had time to play the different options available. I love the colour screen. I am not sure whether one can leave phone on the charger, does it do harm etc. I have just got the basics working, connecting the handsets, date & time etc hence I am sure I will have a lot to say once full works is in operation. I am pleased with friendly and efficient service at Ligo electronics, plus the delivery. My first order on line and I am happy.

The set up on these was simple and even correcting mistakes about which phone book was being used to store names and numbers was so simple I didn't really regret it. Reception is good and the 3rd phone is in the loft compared to the base station in the lounge. The children are looking forward to using the Christmas ring tones!

Bought this system to replace a recently purchased BT system......... far superior in many ways :- more durable , further range of use of handsets from base unit and aload more useful add ons, ie different ring tones for incoming and internal calls. Just a great product at a great price. The service received from Ligo Electronics was fab, kept me up to date with regular e-mails. Will use them again.

The KXTCD 322 Trio is a great little versatile package that is simplicity itself to set up, in the event that you need to refer to the instructions they are easily understood even to people with little or no experience of the modern mobile and cordless technology. A highly pleasing phone that does not look out of place in any setting. Geoff R. Hartlepool.

The best cordless yet - easy to set up, easy to use and good sound. Better still the instructions have not been written in Japanese and translated into English by a non English speaker. They are easy to understand and to a large extent intuitive.

I can't praise the phones enough! Very happy with the purchase. The phones are excellent quality: crystal clear - even on loudspeaker, easy to use despite all the excellent features, very long battery life etc etc .. Would recommend this phone to everyone! As for LiGo Electronics, my experience of their service has been excellent and the phones arrived exactly on time.

Reason for 4 stars - I never give anything top marks, as everything can always be improved upon. Having said that, we've had the phone 2 weeks and are extemely pleased with the build quality, style and use. Here are some items we thought that need improvement: 1) screen - has screen saver but only when off the charger; when on charger, full power to screen & no screen saver but that is where the phone mostly stays, especially when you have 1+ handsets. 2) Memory for stored phone numbers is 200 per handset, but only 20 in the 'shared' phonebook, ie to be entered via 1 handset & accessed by others. Should be other way round. 3) If msg on answer phone, only base has red led flashing. My preference would be to have each handset with an icon flashing also to indicate a new message. 4) Answer phone message playback is 3rd icon in menu & then you need to scroll down to desired function. My preference would be to either have 1 touch button for playback via handset or change the amount of buttons, including arrows, to be pressed prior to playback. 5) Ringtones supplied with phone aren't the best, but we found 1 that was acceptable, as I prefer something a bit more subtle both in volume & style. 6) No feature to download ringtones via web or other hardware product. Having said that, there might be some sort of copyright law that prevents this from being a feature. All in all, a great phone.
