Magic Box Touch Twin DECT with Answering

Excellent top quality finish together with extremely easy to use answering machine which you can honestly learn to use without the manual. If you like pressing buttons, you can and won't damage a thing. Phone is good weight, LED displays and numbering are excellent and very attractive. Wiring is long enough, manual is easy to follow. Ring tones are interesting, something for everyone. Looks amazing, feels solid and the second best phone I have ever bought. (B&O being tops but sooo expensive)

Looks great and function ok. Sound quality disappointing and annoying features - phone goes onto Mute for no reason, phone rings as an incoming call after you finish making a call. Have not been able to speak to anyone at Magic box about it either. Very disappointing.

I have been given the set of magicbox phones as a present but have not got the manual, therefore have no idea how to set them up. The phones are very sleek and attractive and useful if you can use them. If possible is there anyone out there with perhaps a manual or to let me in on how to set the phones up.

A welcome design innovation in home phones as so many phones nowadaysn are just plain ugly - far more suited to the office than the home environment. The Magic Box is sleek and stylish, incorporates some good technology but still manages to be easy to use.
Like most modern phones, the handset is designed to be small and light but it has just enough size and weight to be easy to hold during longer conversations. Excellent reception with no static. Highly recommended.

I have now been using these phones for 6 months and they are driving me nuts. The reception is intermitent - the phone beeps and the person on the other end can't hear you. Additionally the touch screen is frustating sometimes when you put it to you ear you cut off the line, and sometimesyou can't hang up. If you need the phone a lot do not bother with this product.

I wasn't disappointed when this set arrived. It looks beautiful, and it comes with a cleaning cloth so you can stroke it like a pet. Neat, lots of features and very good sound quality. Managed to turn on the speakerphone twice by accident, but that's not a tragedy. The handsets are well balanced and, although small, feel substantial.

But it seems strange to me that you have to program each handset address book separately.

Otherwise a brilliant bit of kit that looks expensive and distinctive.
