Excellent value for money. Simple (even for me!) to set up. Stored 120 numbers in the base unit and still have lots of space for even more. Simple procedure using infrared to 'copy' the numbers to the additional 3 handsets saving me LOADS of time. When I am a bit braver I shall attempt to download photos to the 'phones so that users are identified by photo when they call - how good is that??! All in all - I cannot rate these phones enough. As an additional note... the service from LIGO was second to none and I will not hesitate to receommend them and use them myself again.

I had no problems setting up and up loading my phone book to all phones having gone for the 4 handset version. Disappointed to find that it does not have auto 1471 for phone answer machine and only a day/time stamp with no date. 15min capacity is a bit limiting if you are away and want to check the answer machine remotely occasionally. I can see myself having to use my old answer machine which has these. For the price, even at the discount I would have expected a better answer machine but for day to day use it is fine. I do not find the blue power light a problem in the bedroom shielding it within the bookshelf of bedside cabinet. I like the size of the buttons on the handset and it is quite intuitive in use with many features. For me both volume at ear and on speaker could have a higher setting as with any background noise it is not sufficient but gives a really consistently good clear signal and range, even through thick granite walls. It could be a 5 star if it were not for the answer m/c and volume but I think one would probably need to go for professional applicable unit.

Extremely easy to set up and use. Handsfree quality excellent. Intercom feature superb. Expensive but well worth it. Only downside is the bright blue light that shines when the phone is in its cradle - which is particularly annoying at night.

We are really pleased with our purchase. The sound quality is very good and the reception is alot better than our previous phones. The menus are very straight forward and easy to use. A good quality product.

Beautiful piece of engineering, clear screen, nice ring tones, definite button operation, infra red and intercom connection, reception clear as a bell. Simple computer connection and easy software for tone, picture and list downloads was good - BUT why oh why is there a three thousand candle power blue light on the handsets - the bedroom set is removed at night! Ligo were spot on with delivery by UPS exactly as requested.

An excellent phone that has speakerphone ability on each phone. Useful intercom facility for around the office. Able to pick up messages from any of the phones. Ideal for a small business or large house.

We have found this system very easy to install and use. The option to name each handset so they are not put back on the wrong base is very useful. The screen is clear and instructions are easy to follow.Even the least technical members of the family are at home with it.Certainly the best we've had.The phones arrived almost as soon as I placed the order which was very impressive.We cant fault the phones or your service, Highly delighted

I rang to make sure that I was ordering the right things and the service was very helpful and friendly. I ended up ordering on the telephone. The goods arrived the next day with no problems at all. Would use this company again.

Excellent sound and ease of set up and use. The software to transfer numbers from Outlook to the phones is a little cumbersome but works with some user involvement. Hopefully they will combine VOIP into the functionality of these excellent phones sometime in the near future.

Packed full of functionality that I'm still getting used to it's a great product. The software to pull data from outlook is a bit cumbersome but once set up that shouldn't be an issue. Simple to use menu driven system on the phones, easy to set up - global infomation automatically spreads across the system. Fantastic range, great sound quality and on top of all that they look great. Only downside is the bright blue light that they emit (why?) - I still need to work out how to switch it off otherwise the one in the bedroom will have to live in a bag.

After a week delay the 3 phones to match the base unit finally turned up (out of stock uk wide) .....Programming them was straightforward. Sound and colour screen quality is good. I have not tried to upload photos, in fact I doubt that I will use all the features....It is so easy to share infomation to the other phones, like the address book. In short worth the wait

Truly a product that DOES the job. Critically, no interference issues and good sound quality. Features provide excellent flexibility of use although I've yet to use USB for Outlook contacts to be ported over. Always a downside; I believe this product is now discontinued, probably because it 'ticks all the boxes'!! Thanks to the excellent support and staff at Ligo at least they had the product. BTW the battery life is superb; useful if like me you tend to knatter a lot!! - Thanks Ligo, my second order, and you came up trumps!!!
