I bought these phones a few weeks ago and have been very impressed with them. The hardest part is getting them out of the box and waiting 7 hours for them to charge up! Although sold as a set they appeared as a single with four extra handsets, so these had to be registered. I made a mistake with the first one but after that it was all plain sailing and they were all set up very quickly. There are some useful features, so I was able to copy my Outlook address book to one phone and then from there copy it to all the others which saved a lot of tedious data entry. It is also useful to be able to name the handsets so calls are easier to transfer - you don't have to remember the handset numbers. They are very easy to use without having to keep referring to the handbook and they look and feel good with very good sound and audible loudspeakers on each handset. You recommended that I buy these rather than the cheaper ones I was going for and I'm glad I was persuaded - they are worth it. I haven't used all the features yet and probably never will, but they are infinitely better than our old BT ones which had failed one by one. I cannot fault them or your service and I would highly recommend both.

Product easy to set up phone book using software on computer. Logic on phone very easy. Can have different ring tones for each member of family. Very stylish. All in all excellent.

Truly a product that DOES the job. Critically, no interference issues and good sound quality. Features provide excellent flexibility of use although I've yet to use USB for Outlook contacts to be ported over.

Always a downside; I believe this product is now discontinued, probably because it 'ticks all the boxes'!! Thanks to the excellent support and staff at Ligo at least they had the product. BTW the battery life is superb; useful if like me you tend to knatter a lot!! - Thanks Ligo, my second order, and you came up trumps!!!
