Great Service, Great Product,

I would have no hesitation in recommending Ligo to anyone. I ordered a Panasonic Dect Phone set and within 36 hours it was delivered. The transaction was floorless and I am very happy with the level of service provided.
I would also highly recommend the Panasonic KX-TG 7123 Trio DECT Phone set. It looks great, is easy to use and is crystal clear. I have had two other dect phone set in the past, neither have lasted and neither lived up to their claim of clarity. This set is superb and I believe you will truly notice the difference. I read the reviews lauding the phone barely a month ago. Here I find myself doing the same. The pictures don't actually the phone justice as they are much snazier in real life. Easy to follow instructions. The speaker phone's quality of sound is perhaps the best bit very clear and crisp. A safe, very safe buy.

I do love this phone. Previous types of cordless phone I have had have meant having to spend ages manually typing in numbers on both handsets. With this one, you can simply copy settings between handsets at the touch of a couple of buttons. Fantastic! Answering machine includes coded remote access, which works like a charm. All in all, very easy to use.

I have gone with an iDECT phone in the past because it was slightly cheaper than the rest......now I know why!!!!
I upgraded to this phone and dont regret it one bit. the clarity of sound is excellent. It is user friendly and extremely easy to set up. Dont be fooled by the cheap price - this is a great package. Regards Mr. Ben Smy

I needed a four phone system. The Panasonic KX-TG 7124 Quad DECT seemed to meet my requirements and IiGo were offering it at a competitive price. The product arrived swiftly. It was actually a dual phone system with two extra handsets, but they were easy to set up and install. So far, they have worked perfectly.

Best phone system we have purchased over the years. Sound quality excellent and the answer-phone audio is as good as it gets. Instructions are comprehensive but need to be patient unless you are 'techie'. Will buy two more handsets for a 'full house' as its that good. The Ligo service is First class too.

Very pleased with most features, speakerphone on individual handsets particularly usefull. Disappointed with very strange fancy but compressed font in light grey, making display very difficult to read - not recommended for anyone with any sight problem. Also the address book does not appear to sort, so always need to select by first letter of entry. Also would prefer more ring tones (not tunes).

I have had several sets of cordless phones all of which were disappointing in several ways, particularly the BT ones. The Panasonic set is superb in all respects and would strongly recommend them to anyone who has had problems in the past. These are the best Dect phones we have had. If you have range problems these are the phones for you. We have a very long bungalow. The main phone comes in at one end of the house and there is no problem anywhere with reception and in our 1 acre garden.

We've tried lots of makes of cordless phones in our time - BT, Phillips, Siemens ...... and finally these are the answer to our problems! We have very thick granite walls which was causing the problems in the past but these phones work fine with great coverage all over the house. The phones were really easy to set up and you only need to insert phonebook entries once then transfer the data to other handsts....brilliant idea. Have not yet tried the answerphone but looks easy. Customer service was fantastic and delivery took just 24 hours.... highly recommended.

Good phones with many features. Slightly over priced but good quality. Base units are are rather thin plastic and hand sets have to be placed carefully to ensure good contact. These phones purchaed for a person who is hard of hearing and the speakerphone is a very useful feature

We found that this system gave us tremendous freedom after the old corded telephones.
We are now able to sit in the garden without missing calls and, as a guest house, missing calls is missing business. We have the two extra phones in the bedroom and library or carry them about if cleaning rooms. Altogether a very successful step for us. Regards David

This phone works very well with big clear buttons and display. The menu is clear and logical and the sound is crisp. The range is excellent too, it even penetrates the thick stone walls of my ancient cottage.
The only reason I dropped the 5th star was that the digital answering machine replay was indistinct. Could just be that I happen to have a dud, or the handful of people who've left me messages had bad lines. Regards Leo

This product was purchased for a couple in their 90's, who love to fiddle and try out every feature of anything technical which they buy. The product has withstood the experiments, it has large keys, very clear large character screen, simple message retrieval and deletion facilities - it is ideal for the home owner who simply want a phone that works , especially the elderly. Very good product.

This product was to replace a BT Studio phone and the difference in performance is fantastic . Previously when we walked into the conservatory we lost the signal. Now we have clear conversations wherever we are.The additional features such as the speakerphone are excellent. A really good product supplied by LIGO with class service

I purchased these phones a month or so ago to replace a BT Diverse set which had developed a fault. These Panasonic phones are excellent all round and I am very pleased with them. I like the fact that you can make up the phonebook entries on one handset and transfer it to the others. The Operating Instructions booklet is relatively easy to understand too. I am happy to recommmend these phones. Ligo Electronics provided excellent service and organised speedy delivery.

Telephone does exactly what you would expect.
The kids love the intercom function too. One thing to be aware of is that when one handset takes a call, you cannot simply pick up another handset and join in/take over. You have to formally transfer caller to a specified handset by pressing buttons, and that phone then has to accept. Still, this is something to be aware of, rather than a gripe, and I remain happy with the unit. Phone itself arrived quickly and in good condition, so thanks to LiGo for that Regards Ian J

Not only did the phones arrive almost the next day, but they are much better than the phones they were replacing! The panasonic has a much better manufactured quality, and sits securely in its cradle, but best of all for me are the buttons - at last, a sensible size and clearly legible, so less chance of a misdial. The only slight criticism is that the instruction manual could be more detailed and easier to follow - but I find most IT manuals 'difficult'.

I have the 3 handset version and I am very happy with it. Easy, clear and intuitive to use.
the speaker phone facility on each handset is very usefull when taking down or typing instructions given over the phone. The ability to broadcast the phone book saves a lot of typing. A good amount of features, especially the ability to copy settings etc from another phone. The speaker phone in the headset is very useful, as they are frequently only in the base station. Only gripe, and the one that reduces the phone from 5 star is the difficulty in making sure you place the phone properly in the cradle, or it immediately falls out. That alone would not detract from buying it.

The trio of phones synchronise really well in terms of reception, joint features etc. I would not criticise the phones for anything other than perhaps a chunkier feel to the phones would have been good!

Overall this phone represents excellent value for money... it does most things well, it is easy to operate with a clear sound quality. However if i was being picky i would say it could benefit from a couple of minor improvements, a clearer indicator showing when messages have been left and the capacity to store more than 50 phone numbers.

For the price, these phones are great! They not only give good performance as a phone itself, but with the handsfree, intercom, remote access to answer machine and call transfering, they really become an invalubale piece of kit in the house. They're also really easy to use.

Phones come pre-registered with base station, just plug in and charge batteries. The time setting gets shared with all phones so I guess the clock is in the base station. Phone book is not shared so it is tedious to put your phone book numbers in each phone. Otherwise well satisfied. Especially like illuminated keypad and display.

I bought this trio for a dear friend who is increasingly disabled and also hard of hearing. It was easy to install, the on-phone menus are intuitive and, best of all the loudspeaker function brought a huge smile to her face. She could hear without any hum of whistle from her hearing aid. Crystal clear sound. And it is cordless - the batteries last for days. But what I like is some of the small but important design features - the answerphone part has its own buttons and speaker in case the phone has gone behind the sofa again, it has built-in cable channels so the power leads don't fall out or get in the way, it is big enough to put the microphone near your mouth and have the speaker near your ear at the same time. No problems or complaints at all with this product. Oh, and it makes phone calls too.

For a start Ligo were fantastic - great price and delivery was smooth and quick. Faultless.
The phone is great, we love the lighting on the key pad etc; good number of names can be put into the phonebook; best of all is the sound quality even on loudspeaker. Kids love the intercom system, saves the neighbours as no one is shouting from the top to ground floor! Only down side is not having the keypad locking system available on BT phones - useful with toddlers around. Programming was easy once I had got into the logic of how to set it up - felt the instruction book could have been a little clearer. Regards Neets

these phones are really good, light, charge well and very easy to use. I had BT phones before and they were absolutely useless! so i would advise anyone to go with Panasonic!! I do have to say there are 2 annoying features on this phone though, one being that the LED light that comes on when the phone is in charge is VERY bright and ORANGE and annoying at night time as it does light up the room! You can either take it off charge at night and it will last through or just cover it up with some masking tape!! The other feature that I would like to see would be a silence button for when the phone is ringing and you might on your mobile or something and would be so nice to be able to silence the phone. Other than these picky reasons the phone is brilliant and would definitely recommend.

I was looking for a reasonably sophisticated phone that is easy to use, and the Panasonic fits that bill extremely well. My only disappointment is that I was also looking for a speed-dial facility, with phone numbers assigned to the nine keys. Although the various descriptions of the Panasonic that I read seemed to promise this facility, there is no mention of it in the documentation that came with the phone. The service from Ligo was absolutely first class: knowlegeable staff when I was making a choice and very prompt delivery once I had done so.

We were very impressed with our purchase of the Panasonic KX-TG 7123, only one small problem batteries only included for two of the handsets, not three, but overall very pleased with all the features and selection of ring tones. Good buy.

Had the phones for about two weeks and I am very happy. Easy to use and configure. I wanted a bit more range but we have very thick walls and this doesn't help. I'm going to move the main unit and this will probably help. Overall though this is a good product like most things that come out a Panasonic box.
