Originally purchased quad and triple set of these phones for our home - even my extended family were so impressed have had to purchase additioned quad set for them for xmas present!!! Service provided by Ligo was excellent - within 24 hours delivery.Find the intercom facility brilliant (have darkroom in attic) and also the speakerphone is very useful - saves having to repeat a conversation - Performance of this item is very crisp,clear with no interference. Missed calls and phonebook facility also very handy. Ringtones are fun!!!! Would highly recommend both product and company.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Ligo to anyone. I ordered a Panasonic Dect Phone set and within 36 hours it was delivered. The transaction was floorless and I am very happy with the level of service provided.
I would also highly recommend the Panasonic KX-TG 7123 Trio DECT Phone set. It looks great, is easy to use and is crystal clear. I have had two other dect phone set in the past, neither have lasted and neither lived up to their claim of clarity. This set is superb and I believe you will truly notice the difference. I read the reviews lauding the phone barely a month ago. Here I find myself doing the same. The pictures don't actually the phone justice as they are much snazier in real life. Easy to follow instructions. The speaker phone's quality of sound is perhaps the best bit very clear and crisp. A safe, very safe buy.

I do love this phone. Previous types of cordless phone I have had have meant having to spend ages manually typing in numbers on both handsets. With this one, you can simply copy settings between handsets at the touch of a couple of buttons. Fantastic! Answering machine includes coded remote access, which works like a charm. All in all, very easy to use.

I have gone with an iDECT phone in the past because it was slightly cheaper than the rest......now I know why!!!!

I needed a four phone system. The Panasonic KX-TG 7124 Quad DECT seemed to meet my requirements and IiGo were offering it at a competitive price. The product arrived swiftly. It was actually a dual phone system with two extra handsets, but they were easy to set up and install. So far, they have worked perfectly.

Best phone system we have purchased over the years. Sound quality excellent and the answer-phone audio is as good as it gets. Instructions are comprehensive but need to be patient unless you are 'techie'. Will buy two more handsets for a 'full house' as its that good. The Ligo service is First class too.

Very pleased indeed with the product, the efficiency of the service, and the welcoming and friendly feel of the website.
Setting up the system was fairly straightforward, although initially we couldn't identify the handset numbers, but this became apparent when we connected it all together and switched on the system. As an exercise it was quite fun. Thank you all very much Regards Dick Richards

These phones were simple to set up, and with a greater range than our previous, now defunct phones. It is good to be able to synchronize the phone books.
The only feature that I miss is that the answer phone does not give an audible bleep when there is a new message. Perhaps this is a good thing, for in the bad old days in our large household, someone would pick up the message, and not pass it on. Now I keep looking, and there is a red light if there is still a message there. Regards Anne

I have had several sets of cordless phones all of which were disappointing in several ways, particularly the BT ones. The Panasonic set is superb in all respects and would strongly recommend them to anyone who has had problems in the past. After years of poor quality, cheap end devices, this is a welcome change. Features of base unit are very easy to set up, there is a useful speakerphone. Audio quality of message palyback is good - no more gardbled and lost messages. Good reception range and battery life. A robust and easy to use product.

Ordered on Tusday evening and it arrived 9.15am on the Thursday - excellebt service. Set up over night and up and running next morning. Instruction book easy to understand and I like being able to transfer telephone numbers to all handsets at press of a button.

Good, quick service from LiGo and a very good value product. The quad Phones are very useful as we have 3 floors to run for a phone otherwise! They were extremely simple to set up and basically do what they say on the box! No fuss, no frills. Great sound reception, good phonebook and large(ish) keypads and scroll button. Only thing I can't work out is how to lock the keypad but unless you have small children, it's not really needed anyhow.

Reliable and user-friendly phone system: the handsets were quickly set up, including the extra handset provided (3 in original set). They use ordinary AA batteries which is a plus. The accompanying manual is straightforward. The phones sound quite clear and are comfortable to use, buttons work nicely, etc. Overall very happy with the phones and would recommend.

We had a Quad Dect system from another manufacturer, but could not hear the ringing tone on any of the instruments, and no amount of adjustment per the instruction booklet seemed to make any difference. After two years we felt we had to do something about it: having previously had a Panasonic telephone product with which we had been pleased, this was a natural choice.
The system was easy to set up, the instructions were good and easy to follow. We like the chunky feel of the instruments, easier to hold than the little things available elsewhere. The ringing tone is loud and clear, as is the volume on the receiver. The handset phonebook was easy to set up, and we liked the feature that allowed you to transfer it from one handset to another. We haven't yet had time to explore all the features of the system, but we are happy with our purchase. Regards Peter

I have only one complaint about this otherwise brilliant phone system: the 'operating instructions'. These are not (inevitably I suppose) dedicated to this version and in some regards (e.g. turning off the ringer if you want a power nap) are positively misleading. However, trial and error - not forgetting to make some notes when you get it right - soon sorts this out. On the upside, and the operating instructions notwithstanding, I found the system easy to set up and even easier to use. The range is excellent (rambling old house) and the intercom facility a real boon. The handsets are a perfect compromise between chunkiness and elegance and light up with an orange glow when in use. Another good feature is the size of the keys - not too small. I have spent a happy day ripping out what seems like miles of old telephone wires disfiguring skirting boards, cornices and door frames but I am keeping one old phone that will plug into the socket now occupied by the base unit just in case of a power failure.

This product performs superbly both indoors and outdoors. The set worked perfectly straight out of the box and was simplicity itself to programme. The ability to set up all of the handsets from any one of the handsets is a real bonus.

Service was very good - the phones arrived promptly and work well. The only problem we had was that the quad packs were out of stock so we received a three pack and an additional handset which needed the assistance from the Panasonic helpline to get working. Not a big problem and the extra handset was upgraded to the fancier model at no extra cost. Full marks to Ligo for that

I purchased this phone set recently with an extra handset to replace one of the first (six years old now) Seimens/BT sets. I was amazed how easy this was to set up, for once the hand book made sense, and I had the whole system set up and performing within half an hour. I marvelled at how much those digital phones have improved over the years and being deaf I find the enhanced speech button a great joy. At the purchase price I consider this phone set to be of exellent value and am extremely pleased with it. WHF-M

Firstly, it was very effectively packed in a secure box. Having now connected all four phones they are working very well. The instruction manual was pretty clear provided that you sat down and read it carefully. The handsets are nicely weighted and the individual screens are clear. All in all, at present, would recommend this product.

The phones are great, really easy to use menus much like a mobile phone, especially after our old ones (BT) which you had to get the manual out everytime you needed to change anything. The phones are a bit bigger and chunkier than I expected but are very light and look OK. For all the features I felt they were very good value for money.

Don't be fooled by the appearance. They may not be as aesthetically pleasing as other handsets, but beneath that they are top rate.
Extremely easy to use, just plug in and go. Menu's are relatively easy to use, very much like using a mobile phone and the instructions are crystal clear. I don't go much on the polyphonic ring tones but it also has the standard ring as well. Certainly a good purchase! Regards Smith

This is a great bargain. It has a very convenient handset with a good clear display, and the range is very long (4 storey house with ease). The only thing it can't do is put a call on hold and then be able to pick it up at another extension; the call has to be transferred to another phone.

Easy to setup, once the batteries were charged it took no more than 10 minutes. Copy data to all phones works well. Voices thro' handsets are very clear, streets ahead of our old pnones. Would benefit from quickdial, as per mobile phones, for regularly used numbers; the phonebook system is quick & easy to use though.

Phone matched up to all the good reviews, plus the bad bits pointed out by one or two were also true - saved phone numbers only appear on one phone (need to check the manual to see if can copy to other handsets), recharging light very bright - can't have it on in my bedroom, would have liked a choice of normal ringing tones instead of all the weird tunes. On the whole clear, easy to use, good caller listing, redial, number save, etc.

My only complaint is that there were too many polyphonic rings tones - the children have driven me crazy by changing them all! These phones are a huge improvement on the previous system we had (admitedly a budget B&Q purchase). The ability to update the directories on all of the handsets at once is a major bonus with 4 phones, but features aside the most important thing is that the basics work well for clear conversations and faultless reception all around the house.

We were very pleased with the fast response to our order and with the product so far - we had to replace a BT product that had lasted just over 1 year. The volume is good making it heard throughout the house and the ease of adding names to each phonebook is a bonus.

We took delivery of our new quad set of phones in an unbelievably short space of time after we placed the order. This was the first pleasing thing. The second thing was the ease in which we were up and running with the new phones. I normally leave these things to my husband but thought I would have a go as our previous phones had stopped working! All were up and running in about five minutes. We had great fun choosing the ring tones, different for external and internal. Transferring calls between handsets - so easy and a great bonus in a house with three floors. If your looking for a reliable set of phones that do exactly what you expect of them then look no further. Panasonic have hit the nail squarely on the head with this product. Voice clarity is particularly impressive as is the intercom feature. With several painful experiences with BT products, I was finally steered in the right direction to look at Panasonics offerings. For its feature set and intuitive menu layouts along with a well written manual to guide you through, the product must be regarded as the benchmark in its price group.
In a nutshell, you will not be disappointed! If you are wondering about the vendor then all I can say is that they represent the way internet transactions should be:- Simple, effortless and very speedy delivery (24hrs in my case) All in all once I had decided on the product liGo made it happen at a very reasonable price! OK, it didn't quite save our marriage, but it did get your attention! We'd been struggling with another company's twin set phone which never quite reached the distant corners of our old stone-built house and was inexplicably quiet. I was having loud conversations with my talkative mother and my husband couldn't hear CSI without turning the volume up so loud that I couldn't hear my mother... You get the picture. Seriously though, this is a great phone, so user-friendly even my husband can use it, and my one regret is that I didn't get a 5-phone set instead of the 4. For some reason, my son thinks it's the ugliest phone he's ever seen but he's only 11 so you can ignore him. I do.

Very good and simple piece of equipment. Sound advice from the Ligo sales team. Phone has stylish looks with great functions I wasn't expecting. The speaker was a little dissapointing though, but that was as bad as it got. I thought entering numbers was going to be a chore as we had 4 handsets. Scrooling through the menu I realised you can enter numbers into to any phone and it can be copied to all other handsets in one go...brilliant.

This product fitted our requirements. In particular it provided the ability to manage voice messages remotely, which was essential for this application.
Set-up was simple and the instructions clear. I have even started to use the address book as one can easily copy addresses from one phone to the others so that they always in synch. One feature which I have not used is Caller Identifiction, but only due to the fact that my supplier, TalkTalk, charges £1.50 per month for this privilege! Regards Alastair

Received these very promptly (thanks Ligo) and had them set up very easily. We've now been using the phones for a couple of weeks and we're all pleased with them. I particularly like the idea of being able to copy numbers from one handset to another. The answering machine is also admirably simple and the display clear.
Quibbles? The handsets do feel a bit plasticky, although they are well enough put together. Also the only identifier on each phone is a number - you can't name the phones. We've also yet to learn how to transfer calls from one handset to another (its in the handbook, I just haven't had time to memorise it). Our existing handsets (from different manufacturers) did not require a call to be handed over. That said, once a handset has taken a call, no one else can butt in on the conversation, or start dialling someone else. Overall we're very happy with the phones - and with the service from Ligo. had a bt quad set, the only quad set at comet. what a mistake. binned it and had to bite the bullet and order on line... the best cordless are panasonic.... i knew this and still bought the bt crap now in my dustbin..... actually i gave it to my son in law ... same thing

I chose this unit after reading other reviews and we have now been using it for a few weeks. It couldn't have been easier to install - the only hiccup was that I couldn't see in the manual how to copy the address book to other handsets, but that was quickly cleared up in a phone call to the helpful man at the Panasonic helpdesk (it was in the manual, I just wasn't looking at the right page). The handsets and base unit are surprisingly small, and feel a bit plastic-y and light weight, but there are a lot of great features. My only quibbles would be that there is only a female voice pre-recorded message (I would prefer a male voice for additional security) and I don't find the handset naturally locates to my ear - I have to jiggle it on answering a call to be able to best hear the caller. But overall a good purchase for the money and it is working great so far. The small charging units and base unit take up much less room than our previous clunky units. We are pleased with our purchase.

After suffering with cheap telephone handsets with poor sound quality for a number of years it was a pleasure to come across the Panasonic - price is just about right, they're easy to set up, would recommend to anyone!

I bought this quad set to save scrabbling for a phone when it was in another room. The units are easy to set up and the wealth of feaures (answer phone, phonebook etc.) makes it user friendly and can be customised to suit many different tastes. The 15 different ringtones means that there is a choice for everyone - each handset can even have its own sound! Just as well the volume can be adjusted as when all four ring together it is very loud but would be great in a fair size house. All in all a fine cordless phone system that I would recommend as being well worth the money. Oh, LiGo delivered next day - impressive.

Had these phones a couple of weeks - reception much better than old BT/Siemens set. Kids had fun driving Mum wild with various ring tones. No problems setting up (only had to ask the kids twice). Generally easy to use & set-up with reasonable quality sound. Haven't really tested answer machine or SMS yet.

This equipment is very easy to set up as all of the four handsets are pre-programmed to link via the base set. The intercom mode between each of them is also very easy to use , including transfers of incoming calls . The answer phone feature also works well and the loudspeaker function adds to the versatility All in all a Great Buy

After my Ericsson set died, I had a search for another set. Having seen bad examples of BT sets I ruled those out and found Panasonic. The Panasonic website is a complete and utter mess offering no useful info at all on these sets and some irrelavant pdf brochures to download. Anyway on this site I found a good description. Copying the phonebook from one phone to another saves a lot of time, the handsfree option on the basestation and handsets works fine as well. Sound is clear (I am a bit deaf). All in All a great buy and a happy customer.

Extremely pleased with the phones I purchased and they were so easy to set up, even for someone like me! Ligo were also really helpful when I phoned them with the Salesman advising me on what I should look for as well as being very informative clearly explaining everything in a language I understood; very quick delivery too - phones were delivered next day. So far I am really happy with my purchase, the phone is exactly as described, I like the way you can increase the volume to hear the caller perfectly, the phone is very clear, you can change the ring tone to a variety of different choices, I just need to check the range on this phone as I could not see this in the details (it could be me not looking properly). Seems very easy to set up, answerphone great. Overall very satisfied, and excellent service from LIGO, I would definately recommend them, phones were delivered before 9am next day!!
