What a difference a day makes. R.A.Crumpler

Up to yesterday I had to remove my digital hearing aid before answering the telephone, because even on the T setting all I could hear was a loud buzz. The searching on the net I read reviews of the KXTG 7160. I picked up the phone and ordered one with an additional cordless handset.
In just under 24 hours I had my order, delivered by courrier. No trouble in setting it up, and within a few hours I had a phone call ffom a friend. I left my hearing aid in, and every word my friend spoke was clear, with no interference. Now I have to restrain myself, or else I wouold be on the phone all day long, thrilled with the magic of the panasonic KXTG 7160.
My advice - go for it, it is worth every penny.

Good points This Phone is great, having gone from not being able to hear on a phone for several years I can nows use the phone without any problems. I had 2 Digital hearing aids fitted last year they were good now with a good phone life has just got better.

Good points Large buttons are useful for the elderly.

Bad points The phone book entries are attached to the handset and need to be separately entered into each handset which is time consuming and inconvenient if you have 4 handsets.
