Yes, I spoke to the guy on the phone before ordering,and he was most helpful with his knowledge of all the products. The phones themselves are the best I have used,and the volume on the receiver is nice and loud. I would recomend these phones to anybody without any reservations.

A member of the Ligo sales team helped me select this product having listened carefully to my specific requirements. It was easy to set up and provided everything I'd requested at a very competitive price. On receipt, I had a query and the customer services dept was EXTREMELY helpful and efficient. I'd strongly recommend this phone and Ligo as the supplier.

Like many bought this phone on recommendation from others on this site. Great phone, stylish, easy to use. Only one complaint (hence not 5 stars) - date and time are held in the handset, and so if there is a power cut (we are rural - at least one a week) - this has to be reset. A small problem, but all my other tech equipment has this sorted, so why not this whizzy phone?? Ligo service excellent.

I am very pleased with this product and the service from Ligo. Even I managed to set it all up with remarkable ease and I am not noted for my ability with anything even slightly technical. The reception is fine and the handsets look good. It does what it says on the box !!. I am very happy with it and would certainly recommend it.

I bought these phones on the previous recomendations on this site & was not diappointed. Very nice clear display and buttons. Instructions easy to follow and fuctions are intuative to use. Lots of features. Signal strength is strong over about 10 metres and through solid walls. The base unit and handset base units are more compact than expected making it a tidy set-up. At this point, I would give a balanced review with the bad points, but I cant think of any. Very pleased with the product.

We chose this model of Panasonic twin cordless phone after reading reviews on your website, to replace our previous Panasonic model after spilling a glass of cider over it! It is easy to use with a good, clear screen. It comes with all the features we need - we phone Canada regularly, using the loudspeaker so that we can all hear. This is very clear, not only to us, but to the person at the receiving end too. Messages on the answerphone are very clear too. The phone is very lightweight and I like the fact that the keypad locks, as I carry the phone outside with me while gardening. Transferring calls to each other from downstairs to upstairs is very easy and so useful. All in all we are very pleased with the phones. We were also pleased with the ease of ordering and delivery came quickly.

I decided to try another brand after buying BT phones for many years. I was fed up with my current BT phones always running out of charge! My only grumble is that adding contacts to the address book is a bit long winded - but on the good side - you can copy all the entries to all your handsets very easily- A reall bonus.The are quite light, and I hope they can withstand family life.

I run a small company, and asked for advice to which phones would suit my needs, and i was advised to go for the panasonic 223s or 224s .i chose the latter, and i am glad i chose the advice you gave, the phones are excellent in every way. easy to set up and crystal clear sound.

My OneTel OT150 bought from Homebase lasted about a year and was never terribly satisfactory. The Panasonic was easy to set up, easy to use, gives multiple caller use exceedingly well and so far I am extremely satisfied. James Tucker

I am delighted with my new phone. It is nice to look at and easy to hold. The range it will cover is much better than the one I had before. My criticisms of it would be two: a) I find the instruction leaflet difficult to follow and have had to have help from younger and more 'with it' people to work out how, for instance, to increase the number of rings before the answerpone switches in and b) I wish the answerphone made a noise when it receives a message instead of just flashing a very small light. It is very easy to miss a message unless you are continually looking at the baseunit. Sue Jackson

We needed a four handset phone with answer machine, and this has been an enormous difference in itself. Setting up the phone was so quick and easy, and you only have to set up one handset, date, time and phonebook, the data is sent to the others. The ring tones and screen are great. The answer phone is so simple to use and clear to understand (for a change). I honestly can't find fault in this phone. Everything we anticipated.

The KX - TG 7223 is a great phone system, very easy to set-up right from the begining. It's menu range is easy to comprehend and changes to factory settings are easy to implement. The drawbacks are that numbers dialed in one Dect phone does not automatically register on the other ones, should one need to use the redialling facility between Dects. Also corrections to the phonebook done in one Dect does not necessarily copy to the other two. One needs to manually edit corrections loaded numbers loaded, individually in all three, although additional phone numbers are automatically copied. Probably I am still discovering ways and hows with this new system to do it full justice. Again otherwise, great and better than my previous ageing multi-phone system .

Good value for the money. Handsets dock securely and positively in their stations. Sound quality of message recording system is adequate but tinny; prerecorded voice is weak and characterless. Display unnecessarily includes 'charging completed' message. Preset handsets numbers were 1, 2 and 4 in the triple set we received! A minor irritant which cannot be remedied, according to the technical helpline, and - having disposed of our old system, it would be inconvenient to return the whole installation for exchange. Limited range of ringtones. Economy was the main factor in choice of this item and its modest price shows in a number of ways but it is perfectly serviceable. Comparable BT system such as we had formerly would cost nearly twice as much.

The Panasonic KX-TG7223 Trio Dect Phone looked to be the ideal phone system for me. I have to say that all its features and ease of use far exceeded my expectations. The purchasing profile was as smooth as can be expected and the product was with me within 2 working days.

Good quality product for an excellent price. Granted some phone sets come with more facilities but for the price this set takes some beating. The initial set up was painless and I'm very happy with my choice. Delivery was next working day which is a real plus point as far as I am concerned.

This is my first DECT phone - it feels a bit plasticky but the range is excellent and sound quality is also good. It was a doddle to set up, we don't use the answerphone as we have BT1571 but the rest of the settings were easy to do. The polyphonic ringtones are AWFUL! like mobiles used to be ... but the plain 'ring' is ok! Overall I'm very pleased with it. It was a great price at LIGO too :o)

I always research goods I buy so decided upon this phone system because of its excellent rating. It has not disappointed! It was easy to install and all aspects meet our requirements. The service from ligo did not disappoint either.
