I spoke to the guy on the phone before ordering,and he was most helpful with his knowledge of all the products. The phones themselves are the best I have used,and the volume on the receiver is nice and loud. I would recomend these phones to anybody without any reservations. Regards Victor

Totally satisfied,

A member of the Ligo sales team helped me select this product having listened carefully to my specific requirements. It was easy to set up and provided everything I'd requested at a very competitive price. On receipt, I had a query and the customer services dept was EXTREMELY helpful and efficient. I'd strongly recommend this phone and Ligo as the supplier.

I am very pleased with this product and the service from Ligo. Even I managed to set it all up with remarkable ease and I am not noted for my ability with anything even slightly technical. The reception is fine and the handsets look good. It does what it says on the box !!. I am very happy with it and would certainly recommend it.

I bought these phones on the previous recomendations on this site & was not diappointed. Very nice clear display and buttons. Instructions easy to follow and fuctions are intuative to use. Lots of features. Signal strength is strong over about 10 metres and through solid walls. The base unit and handset base units are more compact than expected making it a tidy set-up. At this point, I would give a balanced review with the bad points, but I cant think of any. Very pleased with the product.

near perfect,

Like many bought this phone on recommendation from others on this site. Great phone, stylish, easy to use. Only one complaint (hence not 5 stars) - date and time are held in the handset, and so if there is a power cut (we are rural - at least one a week) - this has to be reset. A small problem, but all my other tech equipment has this sorted, so why not this whizzy phone?? Ligo service excellent.

We moved house 5 weeks ago and needed a new phone system. I bought this online, no shops I tried [Comet, Homebase and others] had a 4 handset phone. Comparing prices online, Ligo was the most competitively priced. Delivery was within a couple of days. Easy to set up, even for us. With a main front door entry system, 2 other doors with buzzers, a distinctive ring tone was good & I liked the choice of ringtones. Only improvement would have been the ability to fix all handset cradles to a wall, only the base unit is attachable. But, so far so good.

Beats ONETEL hands down!,

My OneTel OT150 bought from Homebase lasted about a year and was never terribly satisfactory. The Panasonic was easy to set up, easy to use, gives multiple caller use exceedingly well and so far I am extremely satisfied.

A change from BT!,

I decided to try another brand after buying BT phones for many years. I was fed up with my current BT phones always running out of charge! My only grumble is that adding contacts to the address book is a bit long winded - but on the good side - you can copy all the entries to all your handsets very easily- A reall bonus.The are quite light, and I hope they can withstand family life.

I run a small company, and asked for advice to which phones would suit my needs, and i was advised to go for the panasonic 223s or 224s .i chose the latter, and i am glad i chose the advice you gave, the phones are excellent in every way. easy to set up and crystal clear sound.

having looked oround in various shops and online and not seeing anything that appealed, I came across the ligo site. Fantastic choice and easy site to use. I bought the phones after reading the reviews and can honestly say I have not been disappointed. I would recommend these phones to anyone who wants a nice looking and easy to use and set up phone.

Not to complicated easy to use,loud volume, very simple great if you want easy to use phones and are not wanting a lot of extra fetures that you might never use, a good value product a great service rapid delivey emailed to make sure you have phones,unlike some companies as soon as they have money you never hear from them again,would use again without hesitation

Answering calls,

We have given this product 4 stars and that is only because of one failing, otherwise we would have rated it top of the shop. The failure is the total amount of rings that the phone can be processed with, being 7, before it transfers to the answering/message system. This for us is not enough. If the tones could be extended to 12, then that would be very satisfactory.

Good quality product for an excellent price. Granted some phone sets come with more facilities but for the price this set takes some beating. The initial set up was painless and I'm very happy with my choice.

Surpasses Expectations,

The Panasonic KX-TG7223 Trio Dect Phone looked to be the ideal phone system for me. I have to say that all its features and ease of use far exceeded my expectations. The purchasing profile was as smooth as can be expected and the product was with me within 2 working days.
