Excellent product, service and price

Originally ordered a Panasonic model due to the WHICH report singing its praises. Seems many others had seen the report and ordered too, Ligo e-mailed saying they were unsure of a delivery date. We called them and they assured us a more up to date model would be just as good, if not better. We ordered the newer KX-TG 7325 Quint which arrived a few days later and was easy to set up. Our three main concerns were, would it have the volume for us to hear clearly (found each handset does have its own volume control and was loud and very clear), would it work out in the garden and could we see the backlight display at night ? We need not have worried, it fulfilled all these requirements very well and more. Also very easy to enter up to 100 names and numbers on one handset and copy it from that handset to all the other handsets. Especially pleased with the price too, saved £100 on the WHICH report model we had planned to buy.

This is now our home phone and we like it a lot. It looks good and works well. It's also pleasantly user friendly. It's got so many options available that it's unlikely that any one user would need them all. The instructions book was well written by someone who had a perfect grasp of English; (not always the case). I'm no techie but setting it up was simple and straight forward. Each handset can store 100 names and numbers, but any numbers stored on one handset can be shared with any other if desired. The intercom is great as is call transfer, speaker, call sharing, answer phone, etc. It's got all we need.

100 name address book. Only need to set it up on one phone as it can be downloaded to other phones. Good loud speaker on handsets. Clear and easy setup instructions. Good size controls that light up. Good sound control and ring tones, can be very loud if you want. Volume is easily adjusted. Decent size handsets easy to hold and use. Handsets are already synchronised to the base station so it is only necessary to plug in and charge he batteries.
Bad points Would have preferred black rather than silver. Switching between upper and lower case character is not obvious within the instructions, but in practice once you figure out how it works it is simple to use. Can't think of any other negatives. Other thoughts Very pleased with the product. Recommend it to others. Did a fairly thorough search of the 4 phone systems available and the other makes were eliminated for various reasons. Decided that the Sim download offered by some other phones was not worth it as I didn't want all my mobile phone numbers on my house phone. Expected Panasonic to be a good brand as their other electronic goods are quality. I have no connection to Panasonic..

Good points
Sound quality excellent. Very easy to set up. Works up to an incredible distance. Light to carry about & in use. Easy to use.
Bad points None so far. Other thoughts Tried other cordless phones including BT but no use. Put it down to our 3ft thick walls although our old (pre-dect) cordless phone had been quite good for first few years we had it. Chose this one after reading reviews on this site - it's terrific. Not only really clear around house & large garden, it even rang & worked perfectly a couple of hundred yards along the road when I forgot to take it out my pocket when going to postbox! Also I must say Ligo's service is also 1st class.

Good points
Very easy to set up,just enough functions for it to be usable rather than a chore. Liked the silver colour which blends with decor more easily than black. Have ghad Panasonic phones in the past and forgotten how good they are!!
Bad points Ring tones are a lttle cheesy! Other thoughts Excellent customer service. Advisor I spoke to knew her product very well and was prepared to spend time talking through very options with me. Delivery was also first class. It's a pity more companies cannot operate as efficiently as LiGO

These phones have a quality feel about them and are intuitive to use. very like a mobile phone. I particularly like being able to copy all the stored numbers from one phone to the others

The items came promptly, with no difficulty in setting up, the only negative aspect is the short delay (4 rings) before the answering service picks up. Apart from that it does everything it said would in the advertisement. janek

I've just looked on the downloadable user book, & it says the delay can be extended to 7 rings

Although sent the incorrect model initially, Ligo quickly corrected this and I received the correct model within a few days. The phone itself is very good, it is easy to use and the facility to copy numbers to the other handsets is excellent. The only slight concern is that sometimes it is difficult to hear the other party.

This quad set of cordless phones from Panasonic represent excellent value. Easy to set up after only 7 hour charge up (had to charge old phone overnight befor use) and simple to use, clear display whole family likes them. Speakerphone standard item, even though phone is light weight to hold. Can use phones as intercom too which beats shouting across the house. All in all eveything you need at a good price.

My husband and myself have very little technical ability but found the phones easy to set up. The handsets operate all around our very large garden and are very simple to use. We are more than happy with our purchase and can recommend the set to others. Excellent value for money!

terrific looks, easy to set up, transferring phonebook entries to all handsets is automatic, answerphone works a treat, and we could record our own greeting in place of the automatic answer.
Bad points not really *BAD* just not so good as it might be! lightweight handsets aren't very stable and tend to tip out of their base. The ring volume even set on 'max' is not particularly loud. Other thoughts It would be great if the ring volume automatically rang at an increasingly louder level so that someone in another room or when the tv is going, can hear the phone ringing more easily! A bit of added weight in the base of each handset would stabilise it without making it inconveniently heavy.

Transfer phone entries between handsets easily.
Ignore the review saying only there are just four rings before the answering machine picks up - it is easily adjusted (- up to 7 rings I think !) Bad points You can't name each phone - you are stuck with 'handset 1' etc. Fine if you only have two, but I have 5 and you can have 6!

I;ve had a panasonic before so have to admit to being familiar with the workings of this system, but the system has been refined and is even more straightforward now. Easy to set up and use, I really would recommend this for a house which needs several units.

I bought this phone by chance, as i was looking at other more expensive models all with good twin receivers and good audio... This phone has proven exceptional value for money: sound and reception are great. Reccomended |
