Looks good. Purchased 6 pack, 5 months later only 2 work. Audio poor, address book sharing feature poor. Very dissapointing. Like other DECT phones the emphasis is on cheap, shame they can't focus on quality more!

Unfortuntely I left one of one of our old Philips handsets outside, overnight, and of course it rained!! I tried drying out the battery, but it wouldn't work. These were good robust easy to use phones, but they were getting rather old, scuffed and the letters and numbers were wearing off. Time for a bit of research and to get new ones!! I was sucked in the the rave reviews of this 'designer 'phone and purchased twin handsets.
I am not all that technical, but I wouldn't say I was stupid either, but these phones baffled me!!
Now maybe I was unlucky, and I got a faulty handset, but after trying to battle with them for over two weeks, I have returned them to the shop for a refund.
The downstairs hanset would quite frequently not ring, but the upstairs would could be heard, resulting in me having to race upstairs and inevitably miss the call. (on the positive side I think I've lost weight!). The connection on the bottom seemed to be poor, and to enable the phone to ring again I had to loosen and tighten the screw on the bottom of the handset. We NEVER managed to transfer a call from downstairs to upstairs or vice- versa. The transfering of all the numbers from my mobile simcard was MAGIC!!! Saved hours of work.
Sorry folks I don't agree with your reviews. It's highly over rated and overpriced. Less is more.

Not had this phone for very long, but already pleased with it. Firstly looks quite different to other phones on the market (which attracted us to it) and so far works well. Also has a SIM card reader which we didnt realise at first - a very useful bonus!

These are the best phones I've ever had and I've had many in my time. They look great, are very user friendly and with the SIM card reader, make transferring numbers so easy. This company are also superb, I had a couple of faulty batteries, they were replaced within 24 hours. I thought I had a problem with a handset, but it was my fault since I accidently dislodged the plug from the socket slightly. When I reported it I immediately got a return label emailed to me, with first class postage paid. Fortunately I didn't need to use it since I saw the plug wasn't inserted fully. After pushing the plug in properly, all 4 handsets are working like a dream and they look great. I've been raving to friends about them and they all say when they purchase, they'll be purchasing from liGo.

This is undoubtedly the best landline phone I've ever had - it is more like a mobile phone. The sound quality is excellent, it is very easy to set up and use, the screen is very clear, and it looks very swish. I particularly like the feature which enables you to set different ring tones for different people and the choice of ring tones is extensive. Although perhaps more expensive than some other phones it is definitely worth it.

The Transaction was very smooth with friendly confirmation e-mails from Ligo. The dispatch was quick and the delivery very quick! This is a quality product that is so easy to use! When you take the phone and other accessories out and checked everything is included setting it up is very easy! This is the cheapest price for this item on the Internet and I would recommend Ligo to anyone. Overall I am very pleased with the customer support thankyou!

The phone has now been in service for a week and is first class. Good to use, good sound and very easy to use. The service from Ligo was also fist class. Would highly recommend this company and the phone.

The whole process from ordering online to delivery was excellent. The phones themselves seem fine I just haven't got round to using all of the functionality yet. They do look good and the option to download numbers from a sim card is very useful. I would definitely recommend this product.

Firstly about the company, a very good website with excellent product range. Only let down by the lack of a 'compare' facilty or was it my indecisiveness..prices are amazing and I could not get anywhere close on the majority of three phone systems I looked at. I had a duff set of batteries arrive, but one phone call and two new sets arrives the next day - now that is service I like.

About the phone; the Philips ID937 is very modern and certainly an eye-catcher, even the packaging is plush. It arrives nicely packaged, with each item individually wrapped in its own material protector, no cling wrap here. The handsets are a nice size and good weight sitting comfortably in the hand. Set-up was easy with the quick guide and in-depth instructions are easy to follow. With a similar operating system to a mobile, it is very easy to use and has plenty of personalisation available from ringtones to wallpaper, etc. Range is very good even in our house with thick walls and sound quality is, well excellent. Got it for the HD sound, but not needing it at all. Great small bases, stable phones when off base due to flared bottom and love the ability to collect messages from anywhere or any handset. Great buy, 5 Star.

Whether you want a lovely rich sound (rather than the tinny sound you get from many cheap phones) or are after top quality style, this is the phone. The Clearvoice HD system works great but best of all it eliminates any interference with other cordless/power/wifi devices. I'd previously tried 7 differant models from BT, Panasonic & Doro but this is by far the best. - I'd give it 6 stars if allowed

I have serious hearing loss and have tried many different speaker/DECT 'phones. Undoubtedly these are the best and worthy of 5 stars for performance, and coupled with excellent service from LiGo, are wholeheartedly recommended.

Generally we are pleased with the product - the sound quality is excellent and all the functions seem to work well. However, we were disappointed that having waited so long for the three handset pack, we were fobbed off with a two handset pack with an extra handset thrown in to make up the set. So overall - great product, just need to improve demand estimates and look after customer expectations.

As the phone is a house warming present it hasn,t been tested yet, but it arrived well packed and I am not anticipating any problems. However I had to wait two months as there was a problem with your supply's.

After reading the reviews on this site I went for the phillips model, it looks good and has plenty of features, unfortunately the main one being the sound qulaity is poor, so, a good phone with plenty of extras but doing the most simple and important of tasks, communicating with other callers, it fails.

I've recently brought the 3 pack of this item, it's fantastic. Looks excellent, ring tones sound excellent with a good choice. It's easy to set-up multiple handsets. Easy to create a phonebook on one handset and transfer to others. Easy to transfer calls between handsets. If i was being really, really picky i'd say the alarm could do with a Snooze feature but apart from that - buy it.

Really cool looking and well built phone which performs as well as it looks. A doddle to register extra handsets to the base station. Menu logical and very easy to navigate. Superb clarity due to digital voice enhancing technology. Excellent full colour screen, you can even play Tetris on it! Overall highly recommended, its so cool you should buy it even if you don't need a phone!

A bit of a delay getting the phones but my wife and I were very pleased with the product the phones are neat and stylish and a nice weight. The installation was easy and the sim reading facility was a dream to work and transfer to the other phones. Good clarity when listening and no problems with reception. So far so good very pleased with our purchase so far.

Contrary to a negative review by a well know organisation regarding the answer phone being difficult to operate, I have found the ID937 to be absolutely great! Compared to an earlier Philips digital system, the DECT 627, the sound quality is leaps and bounds ahead. It is a pleasure to talk on it and like any other electronic device, there is a certain amount of familiarisation required and once mastered, I found very straight forward. Highly recommended.
