Unlike a lot of other telephones I have tried, this was very easy to set up and the owners manual actually made sense! The rechargeable batteries appeared have been pre-charged and I was able to get the phones up and in use very quickly. My only minor criticism is that the handset bases cannot be wall mounted, but that really does detract from the product as the space they occupy is very small. The quallity is very good and the handsets and bases appear well made and look unlikely to fall apart as soon as the warrenty expires. If you are looking to buy a no-nonsense telephone without gimmicks that add lots to the price but don't add to the performance, you could do a lot worse than these handsets. As far as obtaining the handset goes, the order was easy to place and delivery was lightning quick - among the very best I have experienced.

I purchased this trio on having read up about them, I wasn`t disappointed when they arrived (next day I add). The BT Synergy provides me with everything I need at home, crystal clear reception,easy use, internal calling, conference calling and stunning looks. I would recommend this set to anyone looking for a multiset, the price was also a big helping hand. Excellent value for money, thank you Ligo.

I bought this phone for my father as we have the same system at home. It is easy to set up and use with clear numbers. The answerphone is particularly good because you are able to listen to the caller before picking up and cutting straight in to the call. This is especially good when no number comes up in the display, so nuisance and commercial calls can be ignored! Dad seems pleased with it too.

The Synergy 3505 are ok, But the ringer is not loud enough, and also the ear piece is not loud enough, even both are set at full volume. we have to use the phones on handsfree to hear someone talking, and we can not put the base in the hall or we would never be able to hear it ring, so the base is sat only a few feet away from where we sit. Your service was very good - received goods with UPS next working day.

Much more user-friendly than the Philips system it replaced. Only snag is that the handset most distant from the base unit makes intermittent burbling sounds when on its cradle. It makes no difference if we swap handsets and cradles around - the most remote one still makes an intermittent burble! If anybody out there can suggest why this should be, we'd love to know.

I found the Synergy to be good value for money and was impressed with the features. A flashing visual message indicator would have been preferable to the audio bleep which probably drives our cats mad when we are not there. Overall very impressive.

After my old system started to go wrong - false economy to buy less well known products! I finally bought the system I wanted, extended to 5 handsets. Results - fab, including intercom from office to kitchen for tea (saves my wife shouting at me!!) Good buy, good product and easy to use.
