Bought a brand new Binatone in March 2005 and everybody refuses to call me on it because they say I sound so muffled..they have all moaned at me to get another phone as they are fed up calling on my mobile!. Did not want to spend too much so bought this and have not been disappointed at all.Very clear both ends, easy to use and looks good too. The phone lays down in the cradle not like in the photo as if upright but not a problem.Messages very clear too. Highly recommend

Bought this phone as I thought BT would be good, but was disappointed with the sound. There is a constant hissing noise in the background all the time you are talking. Returned the product.

Nice light phone with a good shape and fell, fairly easy instructions and your delivery took 24 hours which was very good!

This phone has many great features. However after only 18mths both handsets now need replacing. Both became faulty within 2 weeks of each other. New ear piece required. BT says it is a common fault

The goods where recieved quickly. I also recieved three e-mails to keep me abreast of the stage at which the order was at. One of which was a follow-up e-mail. This is the first time I have ever recieved one after purchasing something on-line. Even though all this is automated, it shows more than a passing concern for the fact the company has a customer which it wants to keep. BT phone just worked, what it should do, no problems, no if's, no buts. I would purchase again without hesitation, both the BT phone and from Ligo..

HAVING PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT FOR MY MOTHER-IN-LAW I HAD NO HESITATIONS ON WHICH PHONE TO BUY WHEN I HAD TO REPLACE MY OWN. EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY AND VERY SIMPLE TO USE.

The phone is great except that every so often it goes all echoey when you are talking to someone! As if you were on speakerphone but you're not. Otherwise very easy to use - though you do have to programme the memory store of numbers separately into each handset, but never mind. Pretty good for the price.

Easy to use - good manual - only complaint is very cheap and tinny material - very light. Seems excellent value. Could be a bit more upright in the cradle. Sound seems fine
