The sound quality is fantastic, including answerphone messages.

There are really useful features too, including a 'room monitor' that can call either a phone number or another internal handset if sound is detected above a certain level. Good for parents and for anyone going away on holiday!

Build quality seems good, buttons have a positive click. The handset screen is quite clear, although brightness levels varied significantly between my 4 handsets.

The only real issue i've had with my quad package relates to copying directory entries between handsets. Unfortunately any 'VIP' ringtone associated with a contact is not synchronised. The result is that the default 'VIP' ringtone is selected on the target handset instead. That meant i had to manually edit each 'VIP' contact on each handset to apply the ringtone i wanted.

Overall though, thumbs up! By far the best home phone i've ever used.
