I bought these for my GF as her old phones were really rubbish. I knew these were good as I have one myself and have never had a problem with it. They are easy to use, easy to set-up and have all the features most people need and a few extras most people will never use. For example, one the best features that I have personally never used but for a shift worker would be inavaluable is, the nightmode feature. You can set the phone to keep quiet between the hours you choose for uninterupted sleep, it will still take calls but you won't hear it, it just lights up. Batteries seem to last really well which was an issue for me and my GF with our last digital phones. Also I noticed that a lot of phones these days feel really cheap and poorly manufactured, almost like toy phones. These phones feel solid and well made, and having dropped mine on a patio a couple of times I know how tough these phones are; barely even a scratch! Buy them, you'll be pleased you did.
