Found these to be very good but little things like wiping missed calls from the display screen has yet not been mastered and they keep mounting! Suspect not doing something right. Touch keypad does only require a very light touch. Volume sometimes needs to be increased for some calls, perhaps depends on the other phone callers phone/clarity. So far pleased with product.
