This is a good looking phone and was easy for a non techie like me to install. The only negative is that the electrical wires and phone wires are black, (white wires would have been better) and they were also rather short, therefore limiting the positioning of the base unit. The instructions suggest the base unit is positioned high on the wall, but this is not possble due to the length of the wire supplied! Other than that it is very good.
