We have had this phone for only 18 months and are having to change it because it has broken down, and cannot be used.

The problems that we have had since new are :-

1) base unit unable to find handsets - they keep bleeping all day and night.
2) took ages to input our telephone numbers
3) tinny sound when talking on handsets.
4) one handset stopped working - phone calls to help desk didn't resolve problem.
5) base unit stopped working after eighteen months so that we cannot hear when we are being called. Help desk could not resolve problem but did not offer any additional suggestions as we are out of guarantee. Only option - Buy new phone! A real hassle !

No don't get this phone. I've had mine for 12 months now and the hand set doesn't fit properly in the cradle hence not always disconnecting after a call, the cordless phone has had numerous problems and has now completely gone dead ( and yes i have changed the batteries 3 times!). Spend a few pounds more and get something of better quality!
