I've been somewhat unlucky with certain cordless phones in the past 4 years or so . . but it now seems I've dropped lucky at last with this purchase from yourselves . . fingers crossed!! Many thanks.

Bought for my elderly mother and she loves it.. Easy to use, especially with the big buttons and the clarity is excellent. Set up was no problem despite there being no user manual. There was a quick start guide which was adequate. Managed to download for free the user guide from BT shop website.

Simple to use and set up with good sound quality.
Bad points Disappointing memory at only 30 numbers.
