I have had my BT Synergie 4100 for just over a year and gradually the keypad on each of the 3 handsets have stopped working. I haven't found them to have any redeeming features and would not regard them as a new technology cordless phone. I have been completely put off buying BT telephones and would not recommend the Synergy 4100 to anyone.

Our 1st experience of buying phones on the internet (not with Ligo!) was a disaster. The phones lasted a few weeks despite being one of the most expensive! It sounds cheesy, but we simply can't fault the service we've received from Ligo. The phones were delivered within a few days, everything packaged and working properly, and they even sent an email to check all's ok.. Keep up the good work, we need more retailers like this!

Had these phones for a little over 6 months, the only good thing about them is that you can use SMS. The phones keep going off for no reason and you can only hear the base unit ring. By the time you switch the phone back on, the caller has hung up. Tha latest adventure with these is now the screens are blank - just the blue back light. Changed the batteries bit to no effect. I would not waste my money to anyone thinking of buying

This phone is physically awkward and clumsy compared with others and its functions are out of date too..... nothing new for BT phones. The only redeeming feature for me is its ability to read my mobile sim card. My old South Western Bell at less than half the price was a much more user friendly phone. I'm considering giving this Synergy 4100 to my son and buying a different one. At 2 weeks old I cant stand it any longer.
