Placed the order yesterday and it arrived before lunch today - and I live in Falmouth! Service doesn't come any better.
The phones look really nice and were very easy to set up. I put the time and day into 1 phone and it told the others which I thought was pretty nifty. Sound quality is good and the reception is perfect all over the house. Ring tones are not the best but the cool screens make up for that. So far no probs but only had them for a day so cant comment on their longevity. One happy purchaser, would definately recommend. Regards aj

The call quality is much better than the previous Dect phones we used. The range however is slightly worse.
It is a small and elegant device, but it would be improved if the back was rough or ribbed as it is a little slippery Regards John G

These phones are stylish, sleek, of good build quality and sexy! They work similar to your mobile as regards navigation through the menus. They are good value for money. My only criticism is the speaker on the hands free can sound a bit 'tinny'. But I have found that on every house phone I have had.

This phone looks great and is very easy to use. With teenage children who wanted to have privacy on the phone, it has proved to be a fantastic purchase. The reception is terrific. We really like this product and are very pleased that we bought it.

Stylish looking set phones, easy to set up, work great. Only niggles would be answering machine only allows max 5 rings before it kicks in ( i never get to it in 5 rings so have had to switch it off)) and having to individually log in my tele. nos to all 3 phones.

these phones are really easy to install and sp far have worked really well. They're quite small which is neither good or bad - depends on your preference. My wife loves them. All in all I'm happy with them. They were delivered quickly which was great. Haven't yet explored all the functions but I'm sure they do more things than I need them to. All in all I'm a satisfied customer.

Great phone easy to use. Small and neat, looks good. Only down side the ring tone is disappointing - lost a star 4 that. On the whole very pleased with my purchase... Recommend...

Service was very swift and I connected them within days of ordering. The phones were for connection with BT homehub but had so many features I just pluged the base station into the hub to keep them. Work well all over the house and garden.

We have had the phones for a couple of weeks now and they seem great, I don't think you will find better at this price. Delivery was quick and uneventful.

Good looking phones and very good value. I paid more for one DECT phone 4 years ago than for this set of three. The ring tones are basic and not much selection. One feature I miss is being able to press a button on the base unit to locate the handset when missing. haven't worked out how someone on another handset can pick up the call but haven't read the manual yet. Overall very pleased. Arrived 2 days after ordering online.

Phone looks great!
The inverse display combined with the black case make an awesome modern contrast. Some things worth noting. This is a small phone. I read that in one of the other reviews and I was thinking … “yeah I understand that and I use a mobile phone so I'll be ok with that and my hands aren’t like shovels so that will be ok” – but don’t underestimate how used to having a decent size phone you are. Draw out the rough dimensions on a paper and look at it – this is a small phone! If you’re cool with that the next thing to note is the ring tones are REALLY rubbish, they’re monotone and not what you might expect from a hi-tech looking phone such as this. Not a massive issue really, but something worth noting. Lastly there is no feature to send the address book from the base phone to the other slave phones on the network which is a bit irritating as you will have to enter the numbers into each phone which most of you (including me!) will not be bothered with beyond the basic number you use often. All of that said, I do love the phones. They look great and have all the basic features, and for the price it’s a great deal. Also the delivery from ligo was excellent, I ordered them at 1530 in the afternoon and they arrived the next day – which is awesome. Hope that helps. Regards Naresh

Positive: Impressive looks and easy to use, good battery time, good value. Negative: When I phoned home and my girlfriend put me on loudspeaker I could hardly make out what she was saying, this is the only down point ive found so far.

An excellent phone, very stylish in the limited edition colour of black. The phone was very easy to set up and if you are used to a mobile phone you will have no problems with this. As we went for the three phone option there is no need to shout through the house any more due to the intercom facility.The only negative point I could say is that the call volume could be a little higher. My wife (the main user obviously) has not mentioned any problems so it could just be my cloth ears.
All in all I would recommend this phone to any one especially the triple sets as there is nothing out there that looks as good and has as many functions for the price (around £60) Regards Mandip

The sound quality is really good, I bought a set for my father who is eighty years old and partially deaf and refuses to wear a hearing aid and who would avoid a ringing phone like the plague. Now with the idect trio phones he is happy to answer the phone again as he can hear much better with the new phones.

So it arrives, after a caffuffle with citylink (not Ligo's fault)... and i open it up. the first thing i note is actually how sleek and well designed these are. they are lightweight and slim: a little bigger than a kitkat chunky.
the GUI is easy to use, and the range is excellent. there are few ringtones, but then its not like we're 16 year olds listening to the latest MP3 ringers on the bus. the intercom feature is very useful. One feature which I think it lacks is a centralise phonebook. that is, one that is stored at the main base and not on each handset. This is fine if say one goes to the kids, and the other 2 are around the house, as you dont need their freinds numbers, but in my household this is inconvenient as you end up having to put the numbers in all 3 phones, or using the same handset for calls if you are too lazy to do this. All in all I am supremely happy with my choice of phone (and supplier, cheers Ligo). this would be great for modern stylish households or perhaps small office set ups (get more handsets for bigger offices!) Delivery of the handsets was the day after ordering. The telephones look stylish and were simple to set up. Quality is very good and difficult to tell apart from a wired handset. Overall, a very good buy.

The phone arrived the day after I ordered it. I had it up and working that evening in a matter of minutes. I have it connected to an internet phone wizard so I can use it for Skype and regular calls. Phones look great too. If you're used to mobile phones, then button size should not be a problem. No complaints at all so far.

Very pleased with phone, especially intercom feature which is handy. Ringtones are quite poor and earpiece volume could be higher, but overall would highly recomend this phone. Delivery was also excellent, ordered 7-o-clock at night and recieved two days later.

Stylish and attractive with easy to follow instructions. They are no bother at all to set up and straightforward to use. The phone to phone intercom and speakerphone features are very useful, as are the caller ID and missed calls facilities.

I bought the designer edition triple pack and am very happy with it. Sound is clear and its easy to operate.
One gripe is I wish it had an option to insert your mobile sim card so you can transfer the phone numbers, it beats having to manually insert them all. All the other cordless phones I have owned have had this option. Nevertheless, I'd still recommend it because, its reliable, battery lasts long enough and its aesthetically very impressive. Simple to use, Stylish to look at. All in all a good all round phone for the price.
My only grumble is the size of the keypad which is small but just about acceptable and the ringtones – which are horrible. Regards Daniel

great value, good phone, sound quality good, features good. Buttons are a bit small. Lovely looking. Be nice if the had a cetral phonebook e.g. you can set the time on the base for all handsets but each phone book is separate which is good but be nice if you had a central one as well.
Internet company was excellant, so quick and within minutes had the phone on order and delivered next day... fantastic. Regards Raymond

a nice looking, smallish minimalist phone. Nice ringtone, navigation a bit fiddly (partly coz there's so much you can do with it! - keep the notes near your phone!) but a good buy. Very good signal. Glad I bought it.
