Very easy to use with simple instructions to follow. The units themselves are really attractive and surpassed my expectations. Would recommend them to anybody.

having purchased this product on the basis of a positive review it wasn't long before these phones started to disappoint - connections were dreadful , range was worse , battery life was poor . they look great and are easy to use , however .

We've had these phones for a year and now they don't work - battery life is non-existant and calls can't even be received half the time. I'm on the site looking for replacements.

bought a pair of these phones and after a few weeks had troble with connection, they kept cutting off in mid conversation so we sent them back to the manafacture and they sent me another pair, now 1 of the phones doesnt show any display. so i would strongly advise people to stay well clear of buying, i,m now using a bt phone which i,ve had no trouble with

i have the flip twin set and both screens have become faulty making it impossible to read the numbers you are dialling or receiving

Phones are fantastic they have a great range from base and are very stylish takes a bit of getting used to using a flip phone in the house .I would recommend these phones
