Well pleased with both the product and the service, the phones arrived on time and well packaged. The phones are very user friendly and the book is easy to follow.Read all the reviews before ordering and will use this company again in the future.

This telephone system has all the features one would want e,g, address book, ansafone, redial, call transfer etc. The manual is easy to follow and the dedicated Panasonic customer support service is very good if an unusual problem arises. Overall, the system does everything 'it says on the tin'.

Phones were as described. They are a good weight, not too light or heavy and for the cost have a remarkable number of 'tricks'. My only reservation is the slight noise but it is possibly because of the line quality and not the phone. Overall I'm happy with the purcahse.

Very nice no-frills DECTphone - +good sound quality, and on speakerphone +date/time and phonebook distributed to whole set of phones +clear display +easy to add recent numbers to phonebook +I registered an additional 6th (old Samsung) phone with no problem -no individual ringtone per phonebook entry

Good points
Built in answerphone very easy to use, message pickup from any handset. Internal calling useful (saves shouting to someone somewhere else in the house). Range very good. Battery life excellent. The handsets are nice size for holding and the buttons aren't too small.
Bad points The handset bases are slightly flimsy/plasticky but do the job. As far as I know you cannot transfer address books between handsets which is a shame (lots of manual entry). Other thoughts The range from the transmitter extends to my shed (around 20m away) no problem so will probably buy another handset for the shed! These phones also work fine in conjunction with my wireless router, a problem I've had with previous DECT phones.

Excellent sound quality and very easy to set up and use. Very handy and time saving to be able to transfer contents of address book remotely to other handset.

All that I wanted.

This unit proved extremely easy to set up and programme to the way I wanted. excellent reception throughout the house and also in the garden. It is very neat and unobtrusive. All round a good sensible phone. Shame they do not offer a range of colours. The answering function is also very easy to use and far better than my BT model which is now confined to the attic.

1st one had a noisy battery charger which liGo sorted for me. Actually bought 2 - the other one was fine, no battery issues. The set-up is easy though the cord lengths were short (so I have to create an extension to install it where required). THe sound quality is fine and the menue system is easy enough to use.

Very dissappointed with this Panasonic phone. Here's why, :- Only 50 in the address book, no speed dials, keypad not illuminated, ridiculously complicated menu system. Don't bother, buy a cheaper Binatone or IDect.

Eagerly awaited and on arrival I was not disappointed. The clarity of reception is excellent, both for myself and for the caller. Much improved conferance communication with no background hum. All-in-all a great buy. I do not need to use the answer phone and there is a facility for switching this permanently off. I wish my last phones had been Panasonic models!

Very pleased with the phone, good quality, easy to use. Only slight downside is you can't share the phonebook entries between handsets, or copy them from one to another. Otherwise excellent.

To give all classrooms in this small school, communication with each other, the office and staff room this Panasonic system is ideal for our purpose.
