This is an excellent user friendly model with many useful features. It is excellent value for money at the special price. The manuals are very user friendly and the 'phone controls work in a very intuitive fashion. However for someone who is not accustomed to modern technology and has not set up a 'phone before, some of the instructions may seem difficult to follow at first. I would say that this is the best 'phone I have ever owned!

I am happy with the product. The only problem was difficulties over delivery when the original product was not available and no one rang me to say that an alternatiove was being offered. I was not aware that i had to track it myself on the net.... hence a delay in receiving the product.

The installation of the second handset is not covered at all by the handbook - you have to hold the button on the No 1 base unit down all through the process. The display could be bigger, and the sound might be louder, but that's just nitpicking what is otherwise a very happy purchase.

Simple to use, clear sounding speakers (both on speaker-phone mode and normal ear-piece). Very good range, works between concrete and brick walls. Really can't complain, it's does exactly what you need a phone to do. Excellent.

Good product, documentation needs improvement,

A very good phone, with quite nice sound. We use the hands-free speakerphone option frequently and never have any trouble. The only disappointment was trying to register the second handset with the base unit. In theory it should register automatically when turned on, but ours never would, so we had to manually register it. The documentation was very sketchy about this, with the manual registration option hidden several levels down in an undocumented menu section. I turned the air several shades of blue before we finally got the right settings input. Once registered, though, the phones work without trouble.

Delighted with the service from ligo and fast delivery. Having suffered with rubbish reception, ring tone and breakdowns with BT phones for a couple of years (now heading for the rubbish bin!) I am delighted with the simplicity and clarity of the Siemens C100

A good price for a nice set of phones. Very easy to set up and lots of features. Would get 5 stars except the buttons and text on the screen are very small which leads to a fair amount of mis-dialing.

Gigaset C100 Twin,

Basic functions seem to work fine so far (2 weeks). I bought them partly for the SMS function but have not yet worked out how to do it. Manual a bit unclear. I could not register the second handset to the base following them. I rang the helpline and they were helpful. You need to hold the pager button on the base down 5 secs and keep holding down while registering the handsaet.

excellent service from Ligo - phone delivered in a couple of days.The range of the handset is not exagerated as able to go next door and still receive good quality reception. Good all round phone set
