After purchasing two all singing all dancing designer phones that turned out to be 'fur coat - no knickers' , and had to be returned, I am delighted with these phones. At last no nonsense, sensible, attractive phones that work. Easy to use, good volume and apart from one of the ringtones offered, sounding like an icecream van.......BRILLIANT.

iv'e had 4phones in the last 5years some i couldn't hear the ring and some icouldn't hear caller the gigaset is just great easy to use and transfering a call a doddle i just love this phone i can't praise it enough thanks ligo for selling me a great piece of kit

A set of great phones. I live in a large house on 3 floors and I was looking for something that had an excellent range and this proved faultless with excellent clarity. Some great features including room monitoring, speakerphone contact list, conferencing etc etc..........the case is tough and the phone allround is a good looker, good battery life, and with a wide range of accessories and add-ons. My only criticism is the choice of ringtones but I would definitely rate this as a quality product.

The phone arrived as promised. I was pleased with the feel of the product. It felt robust and looked modern. I found the base unit set-up a bit of a nuisance as the instructions asked for a password (giving a default of 0000). No password would work so I chose the default. Now all is OK. I haven't used many functions yet and there are scores of them. Up to now would recommend as a good buy.

best home phone i've bought so far, i've had quite a few in the past few years, this ones definately the easiest and the most useful
Bad points if you've REALLY fat fingers the its easy to dial the wrong number but the majority of phones are the same nowadays

We have a large house and I didn't think we would be able to set up on the third floor, but it works perfectly. I have not yet experienced any interference anywhere. It is so easy to set up, the menu is easy.
Bad points I have not found any bad points yet. Other thoughts It is expensive, but cheaper than BT putting in 2 extra sockets.

Very easy to set up and use. I wanted a series of good handsets throughout the house that were robust(i have kids) and clear. These fit the bill perfectly.

Ideal for regular family use.
Bad points Had it 2 weeks and up to now the only thing I can't find or isn't included is...last 10 or 20 numbers dialled.

very good and quick service, (arrived within 24 hours) very easy to set up. really like the fact you only need to store numbers on one handset and it can then be copied over to other handsets
Bad points i think whilst the sound quality is good, the max volume setting is pretty low. it should go louder. I permanently have it on the max volume setting when talking on the phone and i sometimes strain to hear (and i have no hearing problems)

The design is great. I love the intercom facility, very handy in a big house.
Bad points The speakerphone facility as too quiet even on the max volume.

Generally excellent- far & away the best cordless I have used.
Bad points I was disappointed at not being able to do "conference calls" , inviting the user of another handset to join in a call.

This phone is really sturdy. My family has destroyed at least three phones in eighteen months, I ordered this one for its tank like robustness. The big memory for numbers is good too.

A rugged phone for everyday use, good features and well designed and generally works flawlessly
Bad points Some blackspots for reception where the signal goes fuzzy - just within 5m from the transmitter, yet it works at the end of the garden more than 30m away from the transmitter! Possible interference from the wireless router or soemthing... Other thoughts Ligo have excellant customer support - I found that the SIM tray was missing from the base unit 4weeks after I received the unit (when I eventually got around to transferring my phone numbers). I contacted Siemens but they were no help, but one email to Ligo and it was shipped the next day without question!

A refreshing alternative.
Bad points Poor selection of ring tones. Other thoughts Service from Ligo second to none. Have no doubt queries will be sorted professionally. Great comms. |
