After purchasing two all singing all dancing designer phones that turned out to be 'fur coat - no knickers' , and had to be returned, I am delighted with these phones. At last no nonsense, sensible, attractive phones that work. Easy to use, good volume and apart from one of the ringtones offered, sounding like an icecream van.......BRILLIANT.

iv'e had 4phones in the last 5years some i couldn't hear the ring and some icouldn't hear caller the gigaset is just great easy to use and transfering a call a doddle i just love this phone i can't praise it enough thanks ligo for selling me a great piece of kit

A set of great phones. I live in a large house on 3 floors and I was looking for something that had an excellent range and this proved faultless with excellent clarity. Some great features including room monitoring, speakerphone contact list, conferencing etc etc..........the case is tough and the phone allround is a good looker, good battery life, and with a wide range of accessories and add-ons. My only criticism is the choice of ringtones but I would definitely rate this as a quality product.

I work in my garden frequently, and I’ve wanted a telephone that I could take along with me. This telephone seemed to be up to the task so I promptly purchased this 2-handset package from ligo. As soon as it was delivered the next day, I hastily went about setting it up and getting it ready for use. The set up was quite simple, as was registering the second handset to the base station, took just 3 steps or so which was not the case with my previous dect phone. This may be odd but before taking a handset out to the garden I tried splashing some water on it just to make sure and the water had no effect on it. Now, one month on, both handsets have taken their fair share of knocks and splashes and soil marks and they are still working superbly.

The phone arrived as promised. I was pleased with the feel of the product. It felt robust and looked modern. I found the base unit set-up a bit of a nuisance as the instructions asked for a password (giving a default of 0000). No password would work so I chose the default. Now all is OK. I haven't used many functions yet and there are scores of them. Up to now would recommend as a good buy.

The Siemens Gigaset E450 Twin are fantastic no nonsense robust phones. They are so easy to set up and once you have set up one handset, you can use the copy function to transfer the same information to the other handset. There are lots of other features on the phone that you can read about. Definately one to consider.

Great bundle, it was easy to install in our flat and equally easy to get started using it. The display is surprisingly crisp and the menu is easy to navigate. Plus points go to the folks at siemens for making this ruggedised, it’s managed to survive unscathed from being dropped on the floor. Audio quality is good, as is the signal range. We’ve never tried the room monitoring function, though. Price tag is a bit hefty but it looks to last us for a long while so it’s definitely worth it. Delivery and service from ligo were exemplary as well.

very good and quick service, (arrived within 24 hours) very easy to set up. really like the fact you only need to store numbers on one handset and it can then be copied over to other handsets
Bad points i think whilst the sound quality is good, the max volume setting is pretty low. it should go louder. I permanently have it on the max volume setting when talking on the phone and i sometimes strain to hear (and i have no hearing problems)

best home phone i've bought so far, i've had quite a few in the past few years, this ones definately the easiest and the most useful
Bad points if you've REALLY fat fingers the its easy to dial the wrong number but the majority of phones are the same nowadays

We have a large house and I didn't think we would be able to set up on the third floor, but it works perfectly. I have not yet experienced any interference anywhere. It is so easy to set up, the menu is easy.
Bad points I have not found any bad points yet. Other thoughts It is expensive, but cheaper than BT putting in 2 extra sockets.

Very easy to set up and use. I wanted a series of good handsets throughout the house that were robust(i have kids) and clear. These fit the bill perfectly.

Ideal for regular family use.
Bad points Had it 2 weeks and up to now the only thing I can't find or isn't included is...last 10 or 20 numbers dialled.

Generally excellent- far & away the best cordless I have used.
Bad points I was disappointed at not being able to do "conference calls" , inviting the user of another handset to join in a call.

A refreshing alternative.
Bad points Poor selection of ring tones. Other thoughts Service from Ligo second to none. Have no doubt queries will be sorted professionally. Great comms.

Bad points When used to a mobile, this is not as intuitive to use.
