Good points Probably more features than I'll ever need! Setting up not as intuitive as I'd like. Too many steps to find frequently needed, basic features. Base seems vulnerable to damage to fine metal connectors and live connectors wide open to accidental shorting. Using any of the ESENTIAL basic access to stored numbers and adding new ones is SO lengthy and complex, it negates the advantage of the large number storage feature I wanted. The inclusion of SMS is ideal in conjunction with my web domain contact advice system and is so useful. Handsfree system is great - clear for both parties. Use inside a building seems exceptionally clear. Both worked well on a call to BT engineers in India! I have used several, simpler models of other brands but this is exceptionally good performance, so overall, I'm pleased with the product.

Bad points Unnecessarily complex access to the basic functions.
Base connector is too vulnerable for busy use.
Why not put controls for the message system on the base?

Too many complex steps to access essential parts of the system. They should be grouped more intuitively.

Good points Sound Quality. Design i.e. appearance. Battery life.

I bought these to replace similar Panasonic DECT phones because they had Bluetooth capability which connects with a Bluetooth equipped hearing aid. However, the sound quality is so good I hardly use the Bluetooth connection.
