Granted this is a neat looking phone. the downside is that the sound is not very good unless you have perfect hearing. Also the display area is very dark, and the earpiece is not very comfortable. I have had to purchase a more expensive one to get what I want.

Awfull sound quality.Display difficult to read unless you have "perfect sight".Has a habit of working when it feels like it! Regards Dianne

Our first set wouldn't talk to the base units despite help from BT support and they advised us to swap them. Now one of the phones on the second set "crashed" and won't turn on again, I'm on this site looking for a reliable brand.
