The phones were wonderfully packaged. So easy to understand the instructions, put names and numbers into the phonebook. 5 ring tones to choose from. The phones are good looking and discreet. We are really enjoying them, so much better than our old ones.

Very good product, although two disadvantages, you cannot speed dial and you have to put names and numbers on all phones, they do not synchronise with each other.

in easy touch again

We moved recently and found our existing trio of cordless phones no longer worked. It was great to receive very promply the BT Synergy 3105 Trio and be able to make and receive calls without having to always use the static phone in the lounge. Having a hearing problem it was also great not to miss calls when out in the garden. Synergy 3105 Trio works well, and I would have no hestitation recommending it.

Good phones. Good sound quality. Lots of options that are easy to set up and use. The only downsides are the plasticky feel to the handsets and stands. And the hideous electronic ring tones. All five of them. These are minor points, and you soon get used to the bells. I recommend this package, but would probably go for a higher spec if getting a single unit.

I would recomend the 3105 as a very well priced, good looking, easy to use phone for the home and office.

The phones are ok. In hindsight we should have purchased a Panasonic system which our friends have purchased and it seems far better in build quality. Overall not bad for the price. Delivery and service from Ligo has been excellent so far.

Thick walls!!

The product seems to work well when the distance from the base station to the phone is short and NOT containing walls of any substantial thickness. Where the distance was around 20 metres within which there were thick walls - no reception at all on telephones which was disappointing

Excellent around the house system

Very pleased with this Trio sytem, so easy to set up. Clear instruction manual and all of the many featyres quickly learned. Just about every feature one requires for a home phone is there. Sound quality is excellent and the compact design very unobtrusive. No hesitation in recommending this trio if phone access is required all over the house. And as a PS LIGO service was excellent too with delivery two days after placing the order.

Excellent value (as was the service from this supplier). It's a very good product but do be aware that the two additional handsets get their signal from the base set rather than the phone line. Signal may be a problem in some houses although it wasn't in our big and old house.

Very attractive light weight handset with clear features. Trio system comes pre programmed and is ready to use after initial battery charging period. Good sound clarity. All in all, Well pleased with the product.

Fine for a while

I bought these phones a couple of months ago to replace my aging corded ones. I was very happy with them at first but recently I have found that every phone call I get is harder to hear. Now I can barely hear anything at all. The volume is set to 5, as high as it goes. I'm afraid these are going back to the shop.

When buying a new set of digital house phones I had a number of considerations in mind. Top of the list was price and quality, but near the top was clarity of text. I just hate those displays which look like they are made from 'matchsticks'. The text on theSynergy 3105 is beautifully clear and with it's trendy blue backlight is a joy to use. The build quality and design is a credit to BT (or their contractors), and overall I would recomend the 3105 as a very well priced, good looking, easy to use phone for the home.

After a week of use, overall I'm pleased with the phones. Easy to use, light, excellent sound quality, and it's great being able to page around my three-storey house when I answer a call for one of the kids, instead of having to shout like a fishwife to get anyone's attention! The build feels slightly tinny compared with the BT Diverse I purchased at the same time for my office, but as I don't intent to be throwing it around the room I guess it will prove robust enough. One slight gripe is the phonebook: only allows 8 characters for the name entry - if you have 2 friends called Archibald you're stuffed, having to resort to shorthand - but then I don't know anyone called Archibald, so no problem. Also doesn't have predictive text entry - ie it doesn't assume lowercase after the first initial capital of a name - you have to page right through all the caps before you get to the lowercase letters - but not a big deal. I just wish there was a way of downloading my computer address book to the phone without having to key everything in, like I can with my Bluetooth mobile, but that's the limitation of non-Bluetooth devices I guess. If you're looking for a reasonably priced phone with lots of features I'd say buy it.
