D Mackie (2nd Jan) asked where to find the user manual for this excellent phone... I'm happy to say that Idect customer service is just as good as their products.

I imagine we cannot add direct links here so I'll describe how to find a copy online:
(1) go to the idectonline.com website
(2) select the "Products" list at the top of the page
(3) on the left you'll see "User manuals" under "Product supports"
(4) click on that, select your model from the list, and download the manual.

Great phones that look good and have all the requirements you may need of a phone including loudspeaker for those annoying times when placed on hold. Many features with reasonably easy setup, all this for an extremely reasonable price.

If you are looking for style as well as function then this is the one. The slimline black & silver handset is very stylish yet small & lightweight enough to carry around. Has a large phone book capacity which is easy to use,most functions are accessed similar to a mobile and the caller id is like a mobile too, it displays both name & number of the in coming call. The clarity is great, especially on the speakerphone. The handsfree function is great too ! We have only had the phone for a month but no complaints so far. Would definately recommend this product.

Phone is rather smaller than expected but very stylish. Easy to set up. Sound quality is very good. Also good service from liGo with the order arriving within 48 hours.

Purchased for making outgoing calls only, from three different locations via the internet. This simple cost effective product fulfills this requirement very well indeed.

I’ve already had an iDECT before so I was confident of the great quality of these handsets, not to mention the superb features. The best part of the X1 is its cool design, it’s quite easy to set up you can get it running as soon as you get it out of the box. Great all around value, Highly recommended.

Nice looking phone with useful features. The sound quality is great. It would have been a five star except from the fact that the distance you can use it from the base is not the best around. My previous phone system (BT) had a wider range. Overall it is a very good set of phones, that looks good and has a great quality of sound. Recommended

Well what can I say about this phone!!! It's awesome. I purchased it as a Christmas present and did not know what to expect. It turned up (well before Christmas) and I wrapped it up hoping for the best. Christmas day rolled round and I helped with the set-up. Setting up IS a piece of cake!! just charge them up and THEN connect it to a single phone line.
I thought the online pictures make thaem look a bit Bulky, but they are not. They look very Funky and trendy, or as the recipient said

The iDect phones are a modern work of tecnical art, the features are both simple and practical. Easy to use and program with simple to follow instructions. The only disapointing feature is the ring tones which I found very limited.

Easy to set up, had the 3 phones going in no time. Looks cools, only downside are the ringtones which are awfull. Worth the money. Prompt dispatch from the shop.
