This is an excellent user friendly model with many useful features. It is excellent value for money at the special price. The manuals are very user friendly and the 'phone controls work in a very intuitive fashion. However for someone who is not accustomed to modern technology and has not set up a 'phone before, some of the instructions may seem difficult to follow at first.
