About Ecosse BT or British Telecommunications is the publicly listed holding company for an integrated group of companies that provide local, national and international telecommunications services, broadband and Internet products and services, and IT solutions to the UK market and 30 other countries worldwide. The heavy-duty version of the Pegasus incorporates heavy-duty metal cabinet, which greatly increases the security of stored cash. This means that the heavy duty Pegasus can be left in less supervised areas than the basic model. It also has an armoured handset cord and allows for the telephone socket to be covered. BT is a market leader in the consumer telecommunications product division as it supplies over 20 million customers with a wide range of communications products and services. It is also the only UK telecoms operator with a Universal Service Obligation (USO) which requires the company to provide a fixed telephone line to any address in the UK and to install public call boxes.
