Are your products brand new?
All our products are brand new and are shipped directly from the manufacturer to minimize handling. So unlike high street shops, our products have not been gathering dust in a warehouse.

Can I return my product if I am not entirely happy?
If you have purchased a product and you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return this to us within 14 days together with proof of purchase. The item must be in exactly the same condition supplied (pristine condition), in the box along with everything supplied.

How long does it take to deliver an item?
As long as we have an item in stock, it will be delivered within 1-3 working days- unless the item has been ordered over the weekend when it will be dispatched on the Monday morning.

Who do you use for delivey?
ANC Express Delivery.

How can I track my order?
You should use the order tracking on our site. You may log into it using your email address and the order no (which will be emailed to you).

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes. If you are not happy about ordering online, please do call us and one of our trained advisers can deal with your order.

What is DECT?
DECT is a digital wireless technology which originated in Europe, but is now being adopted increasingly worldwide, for cordless telephones, wireless offices and even wireless telephone lines to the home. The younger brother of GSM - Global System for Mobile - it is by contrast a radio access technology, rather than a comprehensive system architecture; DECT has been designed and specified to interwork with many other types of network, such as the PSTN (conventional telephone networks), ISDN (new digital and data phone networks), GSM (mobile phone networks) and more.

If I have a multi handset phone, do I need a phone socket for each handset?
No. Only the base station is plugged into the phone socket. The remaining handsets only require electricity supply.

What does CLI mean?
View call information via the LCD such as the name or number (or both) of the person calling.

What is the range on most cordless phones?
Most cordless phones have a range of up to 300 metres outdoors and 50m indoors. However, this is dependant on the property the phone is being installed into.

What is the advantage of digital to analogue?
A growing number of cordless phones use digital, rather than analog radio transmission. This provides higher security, less interference, and may provide longer range.

What is the intercom facility?
Allows you talk from base to handset. Intercom calls can usually be initiated from either piece. Automatic intercom activates the other unit for hands-free response, or remote monitoring.

What are NiMH Batteries?
Nickel-Metal Hydride batteries can offer up to three times the capacity of the same size standard Nickel Cadmium batteries. Due to their increased capacity and energy density features, users can expect longer talk time and longer standby time. Manufacturers can use NiMH technology to increase operational time and/or decrease the size and weight of a phone.

What does the term 'exclusive offer' mean on this site?
We have created several packages of products on our site which we believe to be exclusive to the liGo web site – i.e. we have not as yet found these combinations on other web site. These products may be found individually on other web sites. Also some products are individually set as an ‘exclusive offer' as we have not found a price cheaper on the item as yet on another site. We try to monitor prices on a daily basis. Exclusive offers does not mean that the item is only sold to liGo by the manufacturers. You can usually find the items individually on other web sites. If you do see a package which is being sold elsewhere, please do let us know so we can update our site.

Can I transfer calls from one handset to another?
Yes - you can do this on most cordless phones where stated. If you are not sure, then simply call us.
