Guarantee

All our products have a minimum of 1 year guarantee from date of purchase. Some items have 2 years guarantee.

If a fault occurs with your product or your item is damaged during transit, please notify our customer services on . If the goods have been damaged during delivery, you must notify us within 2 working days by phone or email: .

  • Batteries have a 1-month guarantee only.
  • Ink for fax machines is not guaranteed.
  • Peripheral parts and consumables are guaranteed at our discretion.



14 Day Money back guarantee:


If you are at all not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item in its original condition along with full packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days of delivery for exchange or a refund. The goods should be unopened, in an unused state with all seals and wrappings still intact. No refund will be issued if the item has been used. The postage and packaging is non refundable.

The goods returned must be in their exact original condition and must be unopened. They should be returned with full packaging, including user guide, batteries, power supply, line cords and any other accessories that were originally supplied with the goods.

Adequate packaging must be made and we recommend that the delivery is insured for the full value of the goods because if the items are received in a damaged condition no refund will be made and any warranty supplied by ourselves will become void. You should also ensure that you use an insured carrier to deliver the goods Credit/Debit card refunds will be made on the day we receive the goods back and providing we are satisfied that the goods are in an acceptable condition as mentioned above.



Return of faulty goods - Within 28 Days

If there is a fault with your product (or other defect with your order) you may return the product within 28 days of delivery for replacement or refund. If you have had the item for more than 28 days, you must contact the manufacturer for any repairs/replacements.

We will replace the product or refund your money when:

  • The product is confirmed to be faulty. PLEASE CALL THE MANUFACTURERS HELP LINE NUMBER TO CHECK ITEM IS GENUINELY FAULTY BEFORE RETURNING (Number is normally found in the manual).

  • If no fault is found then the product(s) will be returned and a charge of £11.75 (inc VAT) per product, plus carriage costs will be made to cover technical inspection costs. Manufacturers' inspection charges for 'no fault found' items are far higher than ours, and, if the item requires a full inspection from the manufacturer, their charge will be passed on to the customer. Please bear in mind that, if you have any technical queries or you think that your item is faulty, our technical helpline on 0845 38 900 80 has resolved many setup and installation problems, and, over the years, has cut potential returns by 35%. Most manufacturers will also have a Product Helpline in the User Guide provided with the item.

  • The product is otherwise in original condition.

  • It is returned complete, together with any accessories and free gifts offered with the product, in the original box and all packaging

Our promise to replace products or refund your money does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Where item(s) are confirmed to be faulty, we will also pay for your reasonable cost of returning the item(s) for replacement or refund.

 

All Returns:

For a full refund to be made, all returned items must be in a 'Saleable' condition. For example an item being returned as not required should still be in its original packaging and any sealed containers should still be sealed with all wrappings still intact. Goods being returned as not required should not have been used. For faulty items the original packaging materials should be used to protect the item from any damage during return transit, as any further damage occurring during return transit caused by inadequate packaging will result in a charge being deducted from any refund due, to the value of correcting said damage.
