As Bluetooth headsets for mobiles go, this is pretty good. The design looks sleek and compact, and covers the technology within that gives it good audio quality, both for the earpiece and the microphone. It’s very easy to connect to your Bluetooth-enabled mobile. However, I find that the ear loop and ear gel are a bit to big, especially since I am slightly smaller than the average female. This affects the comfort and ‘wearability’ (if there is such a word) of this headset. It’s not very secure when I wear it and the ear loop is not adjustable. It’s a good product with a few design flaws that should be remedied in the future. Service from ligo was good, they willingly answered all my queries when I was trying to find a more comfortable fit for my headset.
