I ordered this on a whim, as my standard XBox Live Communicator got stepped on and broke. The standard model costs £20, so I figured I may as well pay a bit extra and get something worth keeping. I wasn't disappointed. The headset comes with 4 interchangable earpieces, so you can pick the one you like the most, and the mouthpiece is flexible but not flimsy - its put up with everything I've thrown at it so far.
