Good points
It's a great design, it is high quality and the sound when using skype is full and crystal clear. The spare earbuds are great as I have problems with most in ear systems, but managed to get a combination that worked comfortably. Sound isolation is truly amazing when wearing this set - it really is like being inside your own phone booth.
Bad points Plantronics claim you can use this for gaming and music. You can but the frequency range is rather limited, particularly bass frequencies. The lack of bass meant that personally, I would not enjoy listening to music on this set. But that is not what I bought it for. Other thoughts For Skype use, this is really great! It is very compact, lightweight and comes with a really nice case so you can stuff it into your laptop carry bag without any worries about damage. I am very satisfied with the product and recommend it to anyone who wants a lightweight portable VOIP headset.
