Sennheiser PC 155 USB Binaural PC with

I've been using these headphones for the past week. And i really can't say ANYTHING bad about them.

The set is very comfortable to wear, there is a nice cable tidy supplied that allows you to adjust the cable neatly to your desired length as well as inline volume and micophone mute controls. The sound quality is very good both on clarity and sound positioning.. i.e. surround effects, directional game effects. The microphone quality is exceptional, the best microphone i have ever connected to my PC.

Installation was a breeze with windows finding drivers automatically once the usb cable was in..

If you are willing to pay a premium for the best.. this will not disappoint....

Sennheiser headsets aren't cheap but their quality more than makes up for their price. The sound is brilliant offering a full, booming bass to complement the clear, bright higher tones. The microphone complements the earphones providing top quality voice reproduction for speech recognition programs and telephony alike. This is my second Sennheiser unit... the other has lasted a year and it's still going strong! If you choose Sennheiser you won't regret it...

Received in very quick time, instantly recognised by Win XP Pro. Excellent sound quality, mic has good pick up. This is the first headset I have owned with inline volume control, it saves loads of messing around. The XL ear caps are not quite as big as I expected them to be, maybe I have extra large ears!? Still this issue is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

just bought these from ligo online, and have to say all in all service was good although lack of tracking for parcel was a concern, the headphones themselves are very good, sound quality is above your usuall labtec/plantronics headsets and microphone wise is lightyears ahead of the competition.

All in all best price i found online, good service and good delivery.

I needed a headset to use Skype voIP internet telephone facility, listen to movies and mp3 files and use them with a PS2. They are light and very comfortable to wear for long periods.
Incoming sound quality with voice is excellent and I have had good reports on the quality of the microphone. Sound with itunes playback is bassy and not as clean as a dedicated pair of Sennheiser headphones, I have some HD 480 Classics and a pair of HD 600's. Good sound can be acheived with itunes using the equalizer. They can be used with a PS2 after buying the network gaming module and then you can communicate in game. I assume the integrated sound card then gives you surround sound, I am not networked up so cannot comment on this. I thought I could play non network games with sound coming through the PC155's but this is not possible. No signal comes through.
USB recognition on the Mac is instant. Go to system preferences>sound>input/output, click and you're set up...simple. Good product for Mac users while we wait for dual voIP phones and bluetooth mobile headset software to become available. Considering you get USB software/sound card built in, excellent mic, good quality headphone speakers, volume control/mute switch, very useful cable tidy, generous length of cord and excellent comfort...they are good value, I recommend them.
